【摘要】：目的確定生物軟組織的超彈性本構方程,并在此基礎上研究生物組織夾持過程的力學響應規(guī)律。方法以新鮮的豬肝臟組織為研究對象進行破壞性單軸拉伸實驗,并在ABAQUS中對單軸拉伸實驗過程進行仿真,通過對比仿真結果與試驗數(shù)據(jù)確定豬肝的超彈性本構方程。以此為基礎分別選用尖齒形及波浪齒形夾頭對組織的夾持過程進行有限元仿真。結果采用4階Ogden模型開展拉伸實驗的仿真結果與試驗數(shù)據(jù)吻合度較高。組織夾持仿真結果表明,采用尖齒形夾頭更容易產(chǎn)生應力集中。結論可以采用4階Ogden模型描述豬肝的超彈性,并確定相關參數(shù)。采用尖齒形夾頭更容易造成組織夾持損傷,且組織應力與夾持進給量基本成線性關系。研究結果為手術鉗頭的設計提供參考。
[Abstract]:Aim to determine the superelastic constitutive equation of biological soft tissue and to study the mechanical response of tissue clamping process. Methods the destructive uniaxial tensile test was carried out on fresh porcine liver tissue and the experimental process was simulated in ABAQUS. The superelastic constitutive equation of pig liver was determined by comparing the simulation results with the experimental data. On the basis of this, the clamping process of the tissue was simulated by finite element method. Results the simulation results of four order Ogden model are in good agreement with the test data. The simulation results of tissue clamping show that the stress concentration is easier to be produced by using the sharp-toothed chuck. Conclusion the 4-order Ogden model can be used to describe the hyperelasticity of porcine liver and to determine the relevant parameters. It is easy to cause tissue clamping damage by using a sharp toothed chuck, and there is a linear relationship between the structure stress and the clamping feed rate. The results provide reference for the design of surgical forceps.
