【摘要】：正在診斷試驗評價中,最佳診斷界點(cut-off point)的選擇一直是個尚未完全解決的熱點問題。該問題涉及兩個方面,一是"最佳"的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),二是尋找最佳診斷界點的方法。目前關(guān)于最佳診斷界點的確定多以評價指標(biāo)值最大化為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。事實上,依此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確定的最佳點有時只是數(shù)理上的最大值,但在實際臨床上可能并無實用價值。在如何尋找最佳診斷界點方面,Metz提出借助ROC曲線采用圖像的方法選擇最佳診斷界
[Abstract]:In the evaluation of diagnostic test, the choice of optimal diagnostic threshold (cut-off point) has always been a hot issue that has not been solved completely. The problem involves two aspects, one is the "best" criterion, the other is the method of finding the best diagnostic boundary point. At present, the determination of the best diagnostic threshold is based on the maximization of the evaluation index value. In fact, the best point based on this criterion is sometimes only the maximum of mathematical value, but it may not be of practical value in clinical practice. In the aspect of how to find the best diagnostic boundary point, Metz proposed to select the best diagnostic bound by using the method of image with ROC curve.
