雙波長紅外激光誘發(fā)痛覺刺激研究

【摘要】:搭建紅外波段雙波長(1940 nm和980 nm)激光誘發(fā)痛覺刺激系統(tǒng),探索基線溫度控制、激光吸收導熱涂層、致痛區(qū)域控制對痛覺刺激效果的影響。利用熱電偶測溫模塊實時監(jiān)測基線溫度控制及涂抹20%氧合血紅蛋白溶液時離體豬皮皮膚表面溫度的變化;利用濾光片實現(xiàn)致痛區(qū)域控制。利用1940 nm激光模塊實現(xiàn)了40℃基線溫度控制,結合980 nm脈沖激光模塊完成了聯(lián)合痛覺刺激實驗;皮膚表面涂抹20%氧合血紅蛋白溶液時溫降時間(110 ms)遠低于空白對照(1.2 s)和風冷散熱(341 ms),可提升痛覺信號質量;列舉了三種不同尺寸濾光片下的溫度場分布情況,證明了致痛區(qū)域的可控性。雙波長紅外激光誘發(fā)痛覺系統(tǒng)提出的三種技術對痛覺刺激效果有較好的促進作用,證明了這種痛覺刺激模式的可行性和可信性。
[Abstract]:A two-wavelength (1940 nm and 980 nm) laser induced pain stimulation system was established to explore the effects of baseline temperature control, laser absorption and heat conduction coating, and pain region control on the effect of pain stimulation.
