活體狀態(tài)下人臉皮膚力學(xué)性能原位測(cè)量研究

【摘要】:人類(lèi)面部皮膚力學(xué)性能對(duì)面部手術(shù)、整容和表情形成機(jī)理等研究工作具有重要意義,但目前對(duì)面部皮膚力學(xué)性能的研究尚不完善,特別是實(shí)驗(yàn)方法和實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備開(kāi)發(fā)等方面還存在較多問(wèn)題。本文提出一種適用于面部皮膚的加載裝置,可精確實(shí)現(xiàn)直線(xiàn)運(yùn)動(dòng),并通過(guò)微力傳感器測(cè)量探針與皮膚之間的接觸力,得到接觸力-探針位移曲線(xiàn),測(cè)得面部皮膚有效彈性模量E*為5.6~11kPa,皮下組織的厚度直接影響著皮膚的有效彈性模量,皮膚組織較薄的顴骨區(qū)域E*為9.3~11kPa,較厚的嘴角及臉頰區(qū)域E*為5.6~8.9kPa。此外,利用3D-DIC(三維數(shù)字圖像相關(guān)技術(shù))對(duì)皮膚表面變形場(chǎng)進(jìn)行測(cè)量,其變形場(chǎng)特征充分體現(xiàn)出皮膚的各向異性。結(jié)果為深入研究面部皮膚本構(gòu)關(guān)系打下了基礎(chǔ),也可為面部生物力學(xué)研究提供實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)支持。
[Abstract]:The mechanical properties of human facial skin are of great significance to the study of facial surgery, cosmetic surgery and facial expression formation mechanism, but the research on the mechanical properties of facial skin is not perfect. In particular, there are still many problems in the development of experimental methods and equipment. In this paper, a loading device suitable for facial skin is proposed, which can accurately realize linear motion. The contact force and probe displacement curve are obtained by measuring the contact force between the probe and the skin by the micro force sensor. The effective modulus of elasticity (E *) of facial skin was 5.61kPa.The thickness of subcutaneous tissue directly affected the effective elastic modulus of skin. The thicker mouth corner and cheek area E * were 5.6 and 8.9 KPA. In addition, the deformation field of skin surface is measured by 3D-DIC (three dimensional digital image correlation technique), and its deformation field features fully reflect the anisotropy of skin. The results laid a foundation for the further study of facial skin constitutive relationship and provided experimental data for facial biomechanical research.
