生物可降解聚對二氧環(huán)己酮材料中單體殘留的測定

【摘要】:建立聚二氧環(huán)己酮原料中單體二氧環(huán)己酮殘留量的氣相色譜測試方法。采用DB-624毛細管色譜柱(30.0 m×535μm×3.00μm),程序升溫(146℃保持5 min,30℃/min升溫至200℃,保持2 min)。載氣為氮氣,氫火焰離子化檢測器(FID),進樣口溫度240℃,檢測器溫度250℃,分流比5:1,進樣量2μL。結果顯示單體在0.0239~0.1794 mg/m L范圍內線性關系良好,平均回收率為100.3%,RSD為1.39,檢測限濃度為0.2μg/m L,定量限濃度為0.5μg/m L。該方法簡便快捷、準確度和靈敏度高。
