氧化鋯陶瓷材料生物相容性的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:目的 評(píng)估用于牙種植基臺(tái)的注射成型和特殊燒結(jié)工藝下氧化鋯陶瓷材料在生物學(xué)方面的相容性,為口腔種植及其他修復(fù)的臨床應(yīng)用提供實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。 方法 實(shí)驗(yàn)一.用注射成型和特殊燒結(jié)工藝下氧化鋯全瓷材料試件制作的的浸提液,分別進(jìn)行四氮唑鹽比色法(MTT)體外細(xì)胞毒性試驗(yàn)和溶血試驗(yàn)。 實(shí)驗(yàn)二.對(duì)Wister大鼠的口腔黏膜刺激實(shí)驗(yàn):將新型氧化鋯陶瓷圓片狀試件縫合、固定在實(shí)驗(yàn)大鼠的左側(cè)頰黏膜表面,使其與黏膜緊密貼合但無壓迫,術(shù)后2周,將實(shí)驗(yàn)大鼠處死進(jìn)行研究,應(yīng)用大體觀察和組織學(xué)方法,宏觀微觀結(jié)合觀察大鼠口腔頰黏膜與注射成型和特殊燒結(jié)工藝下,規(guī)范片狀的氧化鋯陶瓷材料的反應(yīng);選用與氧化鋯試件規(guī)格相同的牙膠縫合于右側(cè)頰黏膜做對(duì)照。 結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)一.氧化鋯全瓷材料組織相容性的細(xì)胞毒性評(píng)分小于Ⅰ級(jí),溶血率為2.14%(P0.05),無急性毒性反應(yīng),無溶血反應(yīng)。 實(shí)驗(yàn)二.口腔黏膜刺激實(shí)驗(yàn):實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物氧化鋯陶瓷試件周圍的頰黏膜均無充血、腫脹、變性、糜爛及潰瘍等病理變化,組織學(xué)觀察無炎細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn),未見異物細(xì)胞;在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)上,與實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)置的對(duì)照組無顯著性的差異 結(jié)論 注射成型和特殊燒結(jié)工藝下氧化鋯陶瓷材料具有良好的組織相容性,生物安全性,對(duì)口腔黏膜有良好的生物相容性。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the biological compatibility of zirconia ceramic materials used in dental implant abutment injection molding and special sintering process, and to provide experimental evidence for the clinical application of dental implant and other restorations. Methods experiment 1. In vitro cytotoxicity test and hemolysis test of (MTT) with tetrazolium salt colorimetry were carried out in the extraction solution of zirconia all-ceramic material made by injection molding and special sintering process. Experiment two The oral mucosal stimulation test of Wister rats: the new zirconia ceramic flake specimens were sutured and fixed on the left buccal mucosa surface of the experimental rats, so that they were tightly attached to the mucosa without compression. The experimental rats were killed 2 weeks after the operation. The reaction of the buccal mucosa of the rat with injection molding and special sintering process was observed by gross observation and histology, macroscopically and microscopically, in order to standardize the flake zirconia ceramic material. The right buccal mucosa was sutured to the right buccal mucosa with the same size as the zirconia specimen. Results experiment 1.
