聚L-乳酸的制備與性能及在茶堿藥物緩釋中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:以L-乳酸為原料,通過L-丙交酯(LLA)開環(huán)聚合制備了聚L-乳酸(PLLA)。采用FT-IR、1 H-NMR對丙交酯及聚乳酸的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征?疾炝司酆蠒r(shí)間對聚乳酸相對分子量的影響,通過TGA、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)和失重率對聚乳酸薄膜的性能進(jìn)行了表征,并研究了聚乳酸薄膜在茶堿為模型藥物中的控制釋放性能。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)m(LLA)/m(辛酸亞錫)=10000、聚合溫度為l40℃,常壓聚合20h可制得粘均分子量為8.14×l04的聚乳酸,其薄膜具有較好的熱穩(wěn)定性和力學(xué)性能。聚乳酸薄膜在人工胃液中的降解速率隨著分子量的增加而降低。茶堿在聚乳酸薄膜中緩釋機(jī)理為第二類輸送機(jī)理(近似零級釋放機(jī)理)。
[Abstract]:Poly (L-lactic acid) (PLLA). Was prepared by ring-opening polymerization of L-lactide (LLA) using L-lactic acid as raw material. The structures of lactide and polylactic acid were characterized by FT-IR,1 H-NMR. The effect of polymerization time on the relative molecular weight of polylactic acid was investigated. The properties of polylactic acid film were characterized by TGA, tensile force test machine and weight loss rate. The controlled release properties of polylactic acid film in theophylline as model drug were studied.
