【摘要】：組織工程產(chǎn)品包括人造皮膚、血管、軟骨、骨、角膜、心臟瓣膜、氣管、肌腱、韌帶、神經(jīng)、肌肉、骨髓、生殖道、尿道、腸、乳房、肝臟、腎臟、胰臟、心臟、膀胱、手等,但絕大部分處于實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究探索階段,正在進(jìn)行臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)或批準(zhǔn)應(yīng)用還不多。已經(jīng)獲得批準(zhǔn)的主要是皮膚產(chǎn)品、軟骨及骨產(chǎn)品、心血管產(chǎn)品、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品、人工器官等,其臨床應(yīng)用較多。今后將會(huì)有越來(lái)越多的組織工程產(chǎn)品面世,其臨床應(yīng)用也會(huì)越來(lái)越廣泛。
[Abstract]:Tissue engineering products include artificial skin, blood vessels, cartilage, cornea, heart valve, trachea, tendon, ligament, nerve, muscle, bone marrow, genital tract, urethra, intestine, breast, liver, kidney, pancreas, heart, bladder, hand, etc. However, most of them are in the stage of laboratory research and exploration, and there are few clinical trials or approved applications. The approved products are mainly skin products, cartilage and bone products, cardiovascular products, nervous system products, artificial organs and so on. More and more tissue engineering products will be available in the future, and its clinical application will be more and more extensive.
