五種超彈性鎳鈦合金弓絲在人工唾液中抗腐蝕能力的比較

【摘要】:目的:通過掃描電鏡以及拉伸試驗觀察人工唾液對鎳鈦合金弓絲表面結構及拉伸性能的影響并比較不同品牌弓絲抗腐蝕性的不同。 方法:選擇臨床常用的5種不同品牌超彈性鎳鈦合金弓絲:IMD、smart、有研、速航、OT,剪取弓絲兩側末端較直的部分(約3cm)放入離心管中,加入配置好的pH值為4.0和6.75的人工唾液5ml,37℃恒溫培養(yǎng)。分別于浸泡1,7,28天時取出樣本,先使用掃描電鏡對樣本的表面結構進行觀察,再測試各樣本拉伸強度。 結果:1.除OT弓絲以外,其余4種品牌的弓絲在pH=4.0時表面腐蝕情況都比pH=6.75時嚴重。2.隨著pH值的降低且浸泡時間的延長,材料的拉伸屈服強度和斷裂強度的降低都有近一步加大的趨勢,且在浸泡天數(shù)相同的情況下,pH值=4.0,下降程度越高。3.同一材料的屈服強度比斷裂強度下降更為嚴重,當以屈服強度做參數(shù)時,IMD抗腐蝕性最好,OT最差;當以斷裂強度為參數(shù)時,IMD抗腐蝕性最好,OT最差。 結論:1.經人工唾液浸泡后,由于生產加工工藝的不同,造成了不同品牌弓絲之間腐蝕情況的差異。2.人工唾液pH值越低、浸泡天數(shù)越長,材料的腐蝕程度和拉伸性能降低越嚴重。3.浸泡時間大于7天后,人工唾液對弓絲的腐蝕程度達到極限,,且pH值越低,腐蝕極限時對弓絲的破壞越嚴重。
