一種新型水浴冷凍夾具在大鼠跟腱力學(xué)測(cè)試中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)一種新型的冷凍水浴型夾具,用于解決大鼠跟腱力學(xué)測(cè)試的問(wèn)題。以SD大鼠肌肉-跟腱-跟骨為單元的樣本隨機(jī)分成A、B兩組。A組:大鼠跟腱樣本采用設(shè)計(jì)的新型水浴型冷凍夾具;B組:大鼠跟腱樣本采用傳統(tǒng)非水浴冷凍夾具。結(jié)果顯示,在力學(xué)測(cè)試過(guò)程中,A組樣本無(wú)一滑脫,跟腱處于生理活性狀態(tài);B組樣本有一根滑脫,其他樣本跟腱有明顯被冷凍現(xiàn)象。A組樣本平均最大應(yīng)力、最大斷裂點(diǎn)位移以及楊氏模量較B組差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,新的冷凍水浴型夾具優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)非水浴條件冷凍夾具,能夠更好地模擬體內(nèi)環(huán)境條件測(cè)試跟腱的力學(xué)性質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:A new type of frozen water bath fixture was designed to solve the problem of mechanical testing of Achilles tendon in rats. The samples of SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: group A: the calcaneal tendon was frozen with a new type of water bath clamp designed, and group B: the samples of Achilles tendon were frozen with traditional non-water bath clamp. The results showed that during the mechanical test, the samples of group A had no slippage and the Achilles tendons were in a state of physiological activity, group B had one slippage and the other samples were obviously frozen. The maximum fracture point displacement and Young's modulus were significantly different from group B (P0.05). The experimental results show that the new chilled water bath fixture is superior to the traditional non-water bath freezing fixture and can better simulate the environmental conditions in vivo to test the mechanical properties of Achilles tendon.
