【摘要】：本文根據(jù)目前社會上由于醫(yī)療資源分布不均而導(dǎo)致的看病難、看病成本居高不下的社會問題,針對隨著社會的發(fā)展和人們健康觀念的改變：由原來的以治療為目的逐步轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)轭A(yù)防為主治療為輔的健康理念。提出了一種遠程醫(yī)療與護理模式,即以社區(qū)醫(yī)療為輔助就診中心、以家庭病床為終端護理環(huán)境,對患者進行醫(yī)療護理的醫(yī)療模式。本文就該醫(yī)療模式中必備的”遠程醫(yī)護監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)”進行了探討、研究并實現(xiàn)了該系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)部分(無線傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò))。 該系統(tǒng)由醫(yī)院、小區(qū)醫(yī)護中心和家庭病床這三個部分組成,在小區(qū)醫(yī)護中心和家庭病床這兩個基礎(chǔ)模塊中的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸部分選擇了zigbee網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為采集患者生理數(shù)據(jù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)。本文重點分析了zigbee協(xié)議棧中的網(wǎng)絡(luò)層和應(yīng)用層,在CC2530通信模塊的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了一個基于zigbee網(wǎng)絡(luò)的最小遠程醫(yī)療監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)由網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)調(diào)器模塊、網(wǎng)絡(luò)路由模塊、網(wǎng)絡(luò)終端節(jié)點模塊和監(jiān)護軟件四部分組成。并針對不同的應(yīng)用場所和應(yīng)用環(huán)境,設(shè)計了具有針對性的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓撲結(jié)構(gòu),使系統(tǒng)的適應(yīng)性更加靈活和廣泛。其中在網(wǎng)絡(luò)終端節(jié)點模塊中加入非接觸式的紅外體溫傳感模塊,通過zigbee網(wǎng)絡(luò)將患者的體溫傳輸?shù)缴衔粰C的監(jiān)護軟件上并實時顯示。之后定義了透明的串口通信協(xié)議,使得該系統(tǒng)能夠靈活的與三方系統(tǒng)對接。 最后本文對系統(tǒng)的研究和設(shè)計做了總結(jié),并對遠程醫(yī)療監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展做了進一步的展望。
[Abstract]:According to the current social problems caused by the uneven distribution of medical resources, it is difficult to see a doctor and the cost of seeing a doctor is high. With the development of society and the change of people's concept of health, the concept of health is gradually changed from the original aim of treatment to that of prevention and treatment. A kind of telemedicine and nursing model is put forward, that is, the medical mode of taking community medical treatment as auxiliary treatment center and family bed as terminal nursing environment, carries on the medical nursing to the patient. In this paper, the essential "remote medical monitoring system" in the medical mode is discussed, and the key technology of the system (wireless sensor network) is studied and realized. The system is composed of three parts: hospital, community medical center and family hospital bed. In the data transmission part of the two basic modules, the zigbee network is selected as the network for collecting patient's physiological data. In this paper, the network layer and application layer in zigbee protocol stack are analyzed, and a minimum telemedicine monitoring system based on zigbee network is constructed on the basis of CC2530 communication module. The system consists of network coordinator module and network routing module. Network terminal node module and monitoring software are composed of four parts. Aiming at different application places and application environments, the network topology structure is designed, which makes the system more flexible and extensive. The non-contact infrared temperature sensing module is added to the network terminal node module, and the patient's temperature is transmitted to the monitoring software of the host computer through the zigbee network and displayed in real time. Then a transparent serial communication protocol is defined to enable the system to connect flexibly with the tripartite system. Finally, the research and design of the system are summarized, and the development of telemedicine monitoring system is prospected.
