基于ARM、藍(lán)牙通信的心電采集系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:論文針對(duì)現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療的新要求,研制了一套適用于遠(yuǎn)程急救或家庭遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)護(hù)的基于嵌入式處理器LPC2290的心電無(wú)線傳輸系統(tǒng)。 系統(tǒng)采用嵌入式MCU LPC2290,通過(guò)前置放大電路采集心電信號(hào);外擴(kuò)FLASH數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)器和液晶顯示器,對(duì)心電數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行保存和顯示;根據(jù)藍(lán)牙技術(shù)攜帶方便、應(yīng)用靈活、適于短距離無(wú)線通信技術(shù)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),系統(tǒng)采用藍(lán)牙接口與PC進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)通信。 論文主要內(nèi)容包括心電前置采集電路設(shè)計(jì)、液晶調(diào)試、藍(lán)牙通信設(shè)計(jì)、心電自適應(yīng)濾波和特征識(shí)別五個(gè)主要部分。首先從性能指標(biāo)角度分析設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的軟硬件總體結(jié)構(gòu),采用分模塊設(shè)計(jì)思想;其次分模塊研究了系統(tǒng)各個(gè)軟硬件功能的具體實(shí)現(xiàn);最后研究了心電自適應(yīng)濾波處理、特征識(shí)別、藍(lán)牙通信,這三部分是本文的研究重點(diǎn)。其中心電自適應(yīng)濾波處理利用LMS算法和FIR濾波器實(shí)現(xiàn)了50Hz工頻、基線漂移的濾除,,并對(duì)濾除干擾后的心電信號(hào)進(jìn)行了QRS波群的識(shí)別。在擴(kuò)頻通信基礎(chǔ)上分析了藍(lán)牙的跳頻系統(tǒng)和協(xié)議的體系結(jié)構(gòu),使用ROK101008在HCI UART傳輸層上設(shè)計(jì)了藍(lán)牙HCI通信流程。 論文最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的軟硬件進(jìn)行了綜合調(diào)試,給出了液晶模塊RT12864M的漢字顯示和上位機(jī)VC++6.0中心電信號(hào)波形的顯示。論文的研究取得了預(yù)期的成果。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the new requirements of modern medicine, a wireless ECG transmission system based on embedded processor LPC2290 is developed, which is suitable for remote first aid or home remote monitoring. The system adopts embedded MCU LPC2290, to collect ECG signal through preamplifier circuit; expandable FLASH data memory and liquid crystal display to save and display ECG data; convenient to carry according to Bluetooth technology, flexible in application. It is suitable for short-range wireless communication technology. Bluetooth interface is used for data communication with PC. The main contents of this paper include the design of ECG preacquisition circuit, LCD debugging, Bluetooth communication design, ECG adaptive filtering and feature recognition. Firstly, the overall structure of software and hardware of the system is analyzed and designed from the point of view of performance index, and the idea of sub-module design is adopted. Secondly, the realization of each function of hardware and software of the system is studied. Finally, the adaptive filtering of ECG is studied. Feature recognition, Bluetooth communication, these three parts are the focus of this paper. The ECG adaptive filtering process uses LMS algorithm and FIR filter to filter out the 50Hz power frequency and baseline drift, and the ECG signal after filtering interference is recognized by QRS wave group. On the basis of spread spectrum communication, the architecture of frequency hopping system and protocol of Bluetooth is analyzed, and Bluetooth HCI communication flow is designed on HCI UART transport layer with ROK101008. Finally, the hardware and software of the system are comprehensively debugged, and the display of Chinese character of RT12864M module and the waveform of VC 6.0 center signal of host computer are given. The research of this paper has achieved the expected results.
