生物細(xì)胞三維打印技術(shù)與材料研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:生物細(xì)胞三維(3D)打印是一種新型的制造技術(shù),通過(guò)該技術(shù)可以將細(xì)胞以及細(xì)胞支撐材料打印成復(fù)雜的具有3D結(jié)構(gòu)與功能的組織。與其他3D打印技術(shù)相比,生物細(xì)胞3D打印需要對(duì)打印過(guò)程以及打印材料的生物環(huán)境進(jìn)行研究。針對(duì)生物細(xì)胞3D打印的特點(diǎn),本文主要討論了生物細(xì)胞3D打印技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,重點(diǎn)從打印技術(shù)與打印材料兩個(gè)方面展開(kāi)介紹。其中,針對(duì)現(xiàn)有打印技術(shù),本文重點(diǎn)介紹了噴墨法、擠出沉積法、光固化成型法以及激光輔助法的精度、制備過(guò)程、材料要求以及對(duì)細(xì)胞狀態(tài)影響,并在此基礎(chǔ)上比較了各自的優(yōu)勢(shì)和局限性;針對(duì)常用的打印材料,本文重點(diǎn)介紹并對(duì)比了其交聯(lián)方式、生物相容性以及應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合等。生物細(xì)胞3D打印技術(shù)目前仍主要在實(shí)驗(yàn)室發(fā)展階段,對(duì)現(xiàn)階段生物3D打印技術(shù)原理與發(fā)展進(jìn)行回顧總結(jié)不僅有助于思考如何將這一技術(shù)盡快投入實(shí)用,也有助于更好地規(guī)劃生物3D打印的未來(lái)發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Three-dimensional (3D) printing of biological cells is a new manufacturing technology, through which cells and their supporting materials can be printed into complex tissue with 3D structure and function. Compared with other 3D printing techniques, biological cell 3D printing needs to study the printing process and the biological environment of printing materials. According to the characteristics of biological cell 3D printing, this paper mainly discusses the development of biological cell 3D printing technology, focusing on printing technology and printing materials. Aiming at the existing printing technology, this paper mainly introduces the precision, preparation process, material requirement and effect on cell state of inkjet method, extrusion deposition method, light curing method and laser assisted method. On the basis of this, the advantages and limitations are compared, and the common printing materials are introduced and compared in this paper, including their crosslinking methods, biocompatibility and applications. The biological cell 3D printing technology is still mainly in the laboratory development stage at present. It is not only helpful to think about how to put this technology into practice as soon as possible, but also to review and summarize the principle and development of biological 3D printing technology at this stage. It also helps to better plan the future direction of biological 3D printing.
