基于腦電的功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)非線性構(gòu)建和統(tǒng)計分析

【摘要】:腦功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)被廣泛用來描述大腦的功能體系結(jié)構(gòu)。近年來,基于圖論原理的復雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法極大的促進了腦功能網(wǎng)研究的發(fā)展,這些研究結(jié)果一致表明人類大腦的拓撲組織具有許多重要的統(tǒng)計特性,包括小世界特性、模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)以及人腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)存在著核心結(jié)點等,同時相關(guān)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)認知功能、年齡、各種神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)和精神類疾病等因素會顯著影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)參數(shù)或指標。 本文研究中,首先詳細闡述了似然同步方法的定義和原理,并對其進行程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)和仿真,驗證了該方法可以較好的捕捉非平穩(wěn)信號之間的同步關(guān)系,接著介紹了網(wǎng)絡(luò)的統(tǒng)計方法和網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析中常用的參數(shù)指標。研究的最后一部分內(nèi)容包括對上述網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建、統(tǒng)計和參數(shù)分析方法的兩次實際運用:⑴針對抑郁癥患者和健康被試在情緒圖片刺激任務(wù)下的腦電數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建功能網(wǎng)絡(luò),統(tǒng)計檢驗結(jié)果顯示兩組被試功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)的多個參數(shù)指標存在顯著性差異,并發(fā)現(xiàn)抑郁癥患者的抑郁量表得分與網(wǎng)絡(luò)標準聚類系數(shù)之間有顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,總結(jié)分析結(jié)果本文研究認為抑郁癥患者的認知功能損傷可能是由于大腦功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)中缺少跨區(qū)域的傳輸通道造成;⑵利用視覺搜索實驗范式研究年齡、注意機制對腦功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)的影響,通過對似然同步矩陣的統(tǒng)計分析和相同連接度時功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)的模塊劃分,,結(jié)果顯示出額頂區(qū)域?qū)ψ陨隙碌淖⒁鈾C制有重要影響,以及顳頂區(qū)域?qū)ψ韵露蠙C制的控制作用,統(tǒng)計比較年輕被試和老年被試的功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)差異發(fā)現(xiàn)老年人不僅需要更多的額頂網(wǎng)絡(luò)補償認知功能缺陷,還需要更活躍的大腦右半球網(wǎng)絡(luò)完成視覺搜索任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Brain functional networks are widely used to describe the functional architecture of the brain. In recent years, the complex network analysis method based on graph theory has greatly promoted the development of brain functional network research. These results show that the topological structure of human brain has many important statistical characteristics, including small-world characteristics. The modularization structure and the human brain network have the core nodes and so on. At the same time the related studies have found that cognitive function age nervous system and mental diseases and other factors can significantly affect the network parameters or indicators. In the research of this paper, the definition and principle of likelihood synchronization method are described in detail, and the program implementation and simulation are carried out to verify that the method can capture the synchronization relationship between non-stationary signals. Then it introduces the statistical method of network and the commonly used parameter index in network analysis. The last part of the study included two practical applications of the above network construction, statistics and parameter analysis methods. The functional network was constructed by using the EEG data of the depression patients and the healthy subjects under the task of emotional picture stimulation. The statistical test results showed that there were significant differences between the two groups of functional network parameters, and found that there was a significant positive correlation between the depression scale score and the network standard clustering coefficient. The results of this study suggest that the cognitive impairment in patients with depression may be due to the lack of cross-regional transmission channels in the functional network of the brain, resulting in the use of visual search paradigm to study age. Through statistical analysis of likelihood synchronization matrix and module partition of functional network with the same degree of connectivity, the results show that the frontal parietal region has an important influence on the top-down attention mechanism. And the function of temporal parietal region to the bottom-up mechanism. The difference of functional network between young and elderly subjects was analyzed. It was found that the elderly not only needed more frontoparietal networks to compensate for cognitive deficits. A more active right hemisphere network is also needed for visual search.
