自適應(yīng)優(yōu)化控制的人工髖關(guān)節(jié)磨損三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量及評(píng)估方法

【摘要】:針對(duì)目前三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量在人工髖關(guān)節(jié)磨損評(píng)估上重復(fù)測(cè)量誤差較大和準(zhǔn)確性不高的突出問題,提出了一種自適應(yīng)優(yōu)化控制的人工髖關(guān)節(jié)三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量及磨損評(píng)估方法。該方法包括臼杯表面采樣點(diǎn)云分布的磨損自適應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì),測(cè)量點(diǎn)觸測(cè)矢量的優(yōu)化控制以及構(gòu)建相同體積計(jì)算區(qū)域,并使用超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)髖臼杯對(duì)該方法進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。研究結(jié)果表明:與非相同體積計(jì)算區(qū)域方法相比,在低于原來一半的測(cè)量成本下,體積評(píng)估重復(fù)性偏差減小了49.3%;與隨機(jī)的觸測(cè)矢量方法相比,在同樣的點(diǎn)密度下,體積評(píng)估精度提高了32.4%~46.7%;該方法的磨損評(píng)估結(jié)果與稱量法對(duì)照,表現(xiàn)出了有效的相關(guān)性(R2=0.922 8);與稱量法相比,該方法表現(xiàn)出磨損分布統(tǒng)計(jì)分析能力,為人工關(guān)節(jié)磨損分析和研究提供了更多的信息。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the prominent problems of large error and low accuracy of repeated measurement in the evaluation of wear of artificial hip joint, an adaptive optimal control method for measuring and evaluating the wear of artificial hip joint is presented in this paper. The method includes the wear adaptive design of sampling point cloud distribution on the surface of cup, the optimal control of measuring point contact vector and the construction of the same volume calculation area. The method is verified by using (UHMWPE) acetabular cup of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). The results show that the repeatability deviation of volume evaluation decreases by 49.3 in comparison with the non-identical volume calculation region method at less than half of the original measurement cost, and at the same point density compared with the random touch vector method. The accuracy of volume evaluation was improved by 32.4% and 46.7%. Compared with the weighing method, the wear evaluation results of this method showed an effective correlation (R20.9022 8), and compared with the weighing method, the method showed the ability of statistical analysis of wear distribution. It provides more information for the analysis and research of artificial joint wear.
