端基含乳糖的改性聚己內(nèi)酯的酶法合成

【摘要】:為了改善聚己內(nèi)酯(PCL)的細胞親和性,在無溶劑體系中,以乳糖為引發(fā)劑,通過脂肪酶Novozyme-435催化ε-己內(nèi)酯開環(huán)聚合反應(yīng),制備了端基含糖的改性PCL。紅外光譜和核磁分析顯示,乳糖成功接枝在PCL的末端。研究了反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時間和水活度對己內(nèi)酯的單體轉(zhuǎn)化率的影響,以乳糖為引發(fā)劑時理想的反應(yīng)條件為:反應(yīng)溫度60℃、時間24h、水活度0.57。引發(fā)劑的加入可以提高單體的初始轉(zhuǎn)化率,但對最終轉(zhuǎn)化率沒有較大影響。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the cell affinity of polycaprolactone (PCL), the modified (PCL) with terminal sugar was prepared by ring-opening polymerization of 蔚 -caprolactone catalyzed by lipase Novozyme-435 in solvent-free system with lactose as initiator. Ir spectra and NMR analysis showed that lactose was grafted successfully at the end of PCL. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and water activity on the monomer conversion of caprolactone were studied.
