基于粗晶分子動(dòng)力學(xué)模型的多層級(jí)骨骼類材料優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:In this paper, a large scale and high efficient coarse grain molecular dynamics model based on the fuse model is used to construct the optimized bone composite material with different levels of magnitude with the structure toughness as the target function. The standard column structure composed of soft matrix material and hard material is the basic single element. By calculating the unit in different length and thin ratio. The toughness of the material is used to determine the optimal configuration of the level, and the optimal configuration is taken as the hard material to determine the optimal configuration of the higher level. The optimization design of the skeleton class composite with one, two and three levels is designed. The results show that the optimization design of the bottom up has different levels of series. The toughness of the bone composite material increases with the increase of the total layer series. In particular, the calculated strain ratio of the optimized skeleton composite with two layers is in good agreement with the experimental results.
