Mg-Zn-Mn合金和Mg-Zn-Ca合金的組織及耐蝕性比較

【摘要】:研究了Mg-1.5Zn-xCa(x=0.5,1.0)合金和Mg-1.5Zn-xMn(x=0.5,1.0)合金在Hank's模擬體液中浸泡腐蝕32 d的腐蝕規(guī)律,并對上述兩種合金的形貌進行分析。結(jié)果表明:Mg-1.5Zn-xMn(x=0.5、1.0)合金的顯微組織由Mg-Zn、α-Mn和α-Mg相組成;Mg-1.5Zn-xCa(x=0.5、1.0)合金的顯微組織由α-Mg、Mg-Zn、Mg_2Ca相組成。在Hank’s模擬體液中浸泡32d,Mg-1.5Zn-xCa(x=0.5、1.0)合金比Mg-1.5Zn-xMn(x=0.5、1.0)合金的表面腐蝕面積大,程度深。Mg-1.5Zn-xMn(x=0.5、1.0)合金比Mg-1.5Zn-xCa(x=0.5、1.0)合金的容抗弧半徑大,腐蝕電位高,腐蝕電流密度小,因此Mg-1.5Zn-xMn(x=0.5、1.0)合金的耐蝕性能更好。
[Abstract]:The corrosion law of Mg-1.5Zn-xCa (XG) and Mg-1.5Zn-xMn (XG) alloys immersed in simulated body fluid of Hank's for 32 days was studied, and the morphology of the two alloys was analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of the Mg-1.5Zn-xMn (XY 0.5N 1.0) alloy consists of Mg-Zn, 偽 -Mn and 偽 -Mg phases. The microstructure of the Mg-1.5Zn-xCa (XMg-1.5Zn-xMn) alloy consists of 偽 -MgOMg-ZnGaMg2Ca phase. The surface corrosion area of 32dg Mg-1.5Zn-xCa (xP0.5N 1.0) alloy is larger than that of Mg-1.5Zn-xMn alloy (xP0.5N0. 0), and the corrosion resistance of Mg-1.5Zn-xMn (XY 0.5N 1.0) alloy is better than that of Mg-1.5Zn-xCa alloy (XY 0.51.0). The corrosion potential is high and the corrosion current density is low. Therefore, the corrosion resistance of Mg-1.5Zn-xMn (XY 0.5N 1.0) alloy is better than that of Mg-1.5Zn-xCa alloy (XG 0.5N 1.0). The corrosion resistance of Mg-1.5Zn-xMn alloy is better than that of Mg-1.5Zn-xCa alloy.
