雙能CT區(qū)分兩種造影劑的研究

【摘要】:目的探討雙能CT掃描區(qū)分鉍造影劑和釓造影劑的可行性。資料與方法將兩組不同比例的鉍造影劑和釓造影劑混合物置于試管內(nèi),第一組為碘海醇注射液和釓特酸葡胺注射液,體積比分別為0∶1、1∶6、1∶1、6∶1、1∶0;第二組為碘海醇注射液和果膠膠體鉍溶液,質量濃度分別為0∶1、1∶6、1∶1、6∶1、1∶0。使用雙能CT掃描后,以80 keV進行單能量圖像重建,應用Liver VNC軟件將雙能數(shù)據(jù)進行虛擬平掃及碘含量分析。結果在80 keV虛擬單能量成像的條件下,第一組混合液的CT值為379~383 HU,第二組混合液的CT值為170~173 HU,且兩組實際碘濃度與測量碘濃度之間差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。物質分離圖像中,碘造影劑和釓造影劑區(qū)分不明顯,碘和鉍造影劑區(qū)分明顯。結論雙能CT可以區(qū)分鉍和釓這兩種衰減率不同的造影劑,原子序數(shù)相差越大,區(qū)分效果越明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the feasibility of bismuth contrast agent and gadolinium contrast agent in dual-energy CT scanning. Materials and methods two groups of bismuth contrast agent and gadolinium contrast agent mixture were put into test tube. The volume ratio was 0: 1: 1: 61: 1: 1: 1: 0; the second group consisted of iodiol injection and colloidal bismuth pectin solution with the mass concentrations of 0: 1: 61: 61: 61: 1: 0. After double energy CT scanning, the single energy image was reconstructed with 80 keV, and the virtual plain scan and iodine content were analyzed by Liver VNC software. Results under the condition of 80 keV virtual single energy imaging, the CT value of the first mixture was 379 HUU and that of the second group was 170 ~ 173HU. there was no significant difference between the actual iodine concentration and the measured iodine concentration in the two groups (P0.05). The difference between iodine contrast agent and gadolinium contrast agent was not obvious, and iodine and bismuth contrast agent were not distinct. Conclusion Dual-energy CT can distinguish bismuth and gadolinium from two contrast agents with different attenuation rate.
