生物組織的太赫茲數(shù)字全息成像

【摘要】:太赫茲輻射具有低光子能量和較高的透射性,并對水分子等極性物質(zhì)反應(yīng)敏感,因此太赫茲數(shù)字全息成像法可以快速準(zhǔn)確地獲取生物組織信息。本文利用太赫茲數(shù)字全息成像系統(tǒng)對豬肉和羊肉組織切片進(jìn)行測量,采用菲涅耳反衍射方法對實驗結(jié)果進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,選取0.9THz分量的振幅圖像進(jìn)行分析。通過計算組織的吸光度獲取0.9THz吸光度圖像。實驗結(jié)果顯示,肌肉組織的吸光度均在8cm~(-1)以上,脂肪組織的吸光度不超過4cm~(-1)。采用主成分分析方法獲得吸光度得分圖并進(jìn)行重建,從重建結(jié)果中可以清晰區(qū)分生物組織的不同區(qū)域。由此表明,太赫茲數(shù)字全息成像技術(shù)能夠直接獲取生物組織的二維信息,探測時間短、效率高,在生物檢測領(lǐng)域具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Terahertz radiation has low photon energy and high transmittance, and is sensitive to the reaction of polar materials such as water molecules. Therefore, terahertz digital holographic imaging method can obtain tissue information quickly and accurately. In this paper, THz digital holographic imaging system is used to measure pork and mutton tissue slices, Fresnel inverse diffraction method is used to optimize the experimental results, and the amplitude images of 0.9THz component are selected for analysis. The absorbance image of 0.9THz was obtained by calculating the absorbance of tissue. The results showed that the absorbance of muscle tissue was above 8 cm ~ (-1), and that of adipose tissue was less than 4 cm ~ (-1). The absorbance score map was obtained by principal component analysis (PCA) and reconstructed. Different regions of biological tissue could be clearly distinguished from the reconstruction results. It is shown that terahertz digital holographic imaging technology can directly obtain the two-dimensional information of biological tissue, and the detection time is short, the efficiency is high, and it has a broad application prospect in the field of biological detection.
