組織工程血管支架材料的研究與進(jìn)展
[Abstract]:Background: with the development of research, tissue engineering vascular scaffolds have been developed from pure natural materials to degradable composite materials and nano-polymer materials. The preparation methods of tissue engineering vascular scaffolds have also been developed from manual to emerging rapid prototyping technology. Objective: to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of different tissue engineering vascular stent materials, their applications and research topics, and to find a tissue engineering vascular stent material that can meet the clinical needs. Methods: from 1985 to 2015, the authors searched the PubM ed database, China knowledge Network, Weipu Chinese Journal Network and other documents related to tissue engineering vascular scaffold materials. The English key word is "tissue engineering / tissue engineering blood vessel / vessel scaffold", and the Chinese key word is "tissue engineering; blood vessel; stent material; vascular stent". According to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion, a total of 36 articles were reviewed. Results & conclusion: Non-degradable materials are mainly used to construct large caliber tissue engineering blood vessels, natural biomaterials have good biocompatibility, can provide necessary signals for cells, can promote cell adhesion and retain differentiation function. Biodegradable polymer synthetic materials have good histocompatibility, mechanical properties, degradation rate and microstructure controllable, and can be produced in batches according to the design requirements. The composite materials combine the advantages of natural biomaterials and synthetic polymer materials. To become the most ideal scaffold material, is also the focus of future research.
