兒茶素對膠原膜的染色性能研究

【摘要】:研究了兒茶素作為一種天然植物染料對膠原膜的染色性能。采用正交試驗考察了兒茶素染色反應(yīng)條件對膠原膜染色效果的影響,結(jié)果表明,兒茶素濃度是染色反應(yīng)的主要影響因素。最優(yōu)染色工藝為:在兒茶素濃度2%、溫度40℃及pH值為4的染浴液中反應(yīng)3h。研究了兒茶素染色后膠原膜的天然結(jié)構(gòu)、耐熱性能和機械強度。紅外光譜分析表明:兒茶素分子中的酚羥基與膠原分子發(fā)生了氫鍵結(jié)合,但膠原的三股螺旋結(jié)構(gòu)沒有發(fā)生變化。電鏡分析結(jié)果證明膠原纖維的結(jié)構(gòu)沒有發(fā)生明顯變化,且排布更加有序。染色后膠原膜的熱變性溫度提高了18℃,耐熱性得到了較大的改善,機械強度有所提高。
[Abstract]:The dyeing properties of catechin as a natural vegetable dye on collagen membrane were studied. The effects of the reaction conditions of catechin on the dyeing effect of collagen membrane were investigated by orthogonal test. The results showed that the concentration of catechin was the main factor affecting the dyeing reaction.
