載鋅蒙脫石抗菌中間體的制備及鎂合金表面的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:以鈉化蒙脫石、硝酸鋅為原料,采用液相離子交換法制備載鋅蒙脫石抗菌中間體;應(yīng)用響應(yīng)面法設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化工藝、掃描電鏡、XRD觀察載鋅蒙脫石形貌、分析組成;抑菌圈及最低抑菌濃度法(MIC)研究其抗菌性能;應(yīng)用水熱法,在鎂合金AZ31表面制備載鋅蒙脫石涂層,電鏡觀察其形貌。結(jié)果表明,采用Design-Expert軟件中的Boxbehnken設(shè)計(jì)的二次多項(xiàng)式模型比較顯著,得出最佳優(yōu)化條件,硝酸鋅為4mmol,溫度為80℃,時(shí)間為4.5h,蒙脫石載鋅量達(dá)到94.65mg/g;掃描電鏡觀察載鋅蒙脫石顆粒細(xì)小,呈不規(guī)則形,很少聚集成團(tuán);XRD分析發(fā)現(xiàn)蒙脫石片層間距由原來的1.48nm增加到1.57nm;抗菌實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,載鋅蒙脫石對(duì)大腸桿菌和金黃色葡萄球菌具有較好的抗菌活性,MIC為6 400mg/mL;電鏡觀察顯示,載鋅蒙脫石在AZ31鎂合金表面形成比較致密的1層涂層,與基體結(jié)合緊密,厚度達(dá)42μm,說明載鋅蒙脫石抗菌中間體可成功應(yīng)用于鎂合金表面。
[Abstract]:Using sodium montmorillonite and zinc nitrate as raw materials, Zn-loaded montmorillonite antibacterial intermediates were prepared by liquid-phase ion exchange method, and optimized process was designed by response surface method. SEM and XRD were used to observe the morphology and composition of Zn-loaded montmorillonite. The antibacterial properties of magnesium alloy AZ31 were studied by the method of inhibition circle and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), and the Zn-loaded montmorillonite coating was prepared on the surface of magnesium alloy AZ31 by hydrothermal method, and the morphology of the coating was observed by electron microscope. The results show that the quadratic polynomial model designed by Boxbehnken in Design-Expert software is obvious, and the optimum conditions are as follows: zinc nitrate is 4 mmol, temperature is 80 鈩,
