【摘要】：正患者男,22歲,主因"發(fā)現(xiàn)右上臂腫物6個月"入院�；颊甙肽昵坝疑媳郾晃孟x叮咬后出現(xiàn)紅腫,于局部皮下可捫及腫物,并緩慢增大突起于皮膚表面,無疼痛及瘙癢不適。否認(rèn)局部外傷史。查體:右上臂可捫及一突起腫塊,約3.0cm×2.0cm,質(zhì)韌,腫塊與皮膚粘連,無壓痛,表面皮膚顏色無明顯
[Abstract]:The patient, 22 years old, was admitted to hospital for 6 months due to the discovery of a right upper arm mass. The patient developed redness and swelling in the right upper arm half a year before being bitten by mosquitoes, palpable local subcutaneous swelling, and slowly enlarged protruding on the skin surface, without pain and itching discomfort. Deny history of partial trauma. Body examination: the right upper arm palpable to a protruding mass, about 3.0cm 脳 2.0 cm, tough, lump and skin adhesion, no tenderness, no obvious skin colo
