水熱處理溫度對(duì)滲氮鈦陶瓷層性能的影響

【摘要】:為克服純鈦種植牙硬度低,在維護(hù)保養(yǎng)過程中表面易被劃傷的問題,在純鈦表面制備了高硬度滲氮鈦(TiN)陶瓷層;在不降低TiN硬度的前提下,采用水熱處理方法對(duì)TiN進(jìn)行部分氧化處理,以改善其骨傳導(dǎo)性。結(jié)果表明,水熱處理溫度不超過100℃時(shí),TiN表面發(fā)生部分氧化,潤濕性能得到改善,而表面形貌及硬度未發(fā)生變化;當(dāng)水熱處理溫度高于100℃時(shí),試樣表面出現(xiàn)納米尺寸沉積,硬度明顯下降;100℃是在去離子水介質(zhì)中對(duì)TiN進(jìn)行水熱處理的臨界溫度。水熱處理在對(duì)TiN進(jìn)行氧化的同時(shí)能夠保持其高硬度,可以使TiN成為優(yōu)良的種植牙鍍層材料。
[Abstract]:In order to overcome the problem of low hardness and easy scratching on the surface of pure titanium implant teeth, a high hardness nitrided titanium tin (TiN) ceramic layer was prepared on the surface of pure titanium, and the hardness of tin was not reduced. Tin was partially oxidized by hydrothermal treatment to improve its bone conductivity. The results show that the surface of tin is partially oxidized, the wettability can be improved, but the surface morphology and hardness are not changed when the hydrothermal treatment temperature is less than 100 鈩,
