3D生物打印技術(shù)在組織工程支架構(gòu)建與再生中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展

【摘要】:具備個(gè)性化、精準(zhǔn)化的3D生物打印技術(shù)構(gòu)建優(yōu)良生物相容性的組織工程支架,替換或修復(fù)人體中病變的組織和/或器官,在組織工程研究中極具廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。而作為3D打印技術(shù)的基材,如金屬、生物陶瓷、高分子材料和細(xì)胞生物材料等,也因此得到了研究者的重視和研發(fā)。由金屬和生物陶瓷制備的支架具有高強(qiáng)度和耐腐蝕性,已在骨科中得到廣泛應(yīng)用,而高分子材料由于其和細(xì)胞/組織的良好生物相容性及可塑性使其在軟骨、矯形外科、心血管系統(tǒng)等組織/器官中被廣泛研究。相信在不久的將來(lái),以上述材料為基材結(jié)合3D生物打印技術(shù)構(gòu)建的組織和器官,在臨床上會(huì)得到應(yīng)用和推廣。本文就用于3D打印的生物材料及其打印技術(shù)在組織工程支架構(gòu)建及組織再生中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Tissue engineering scaffolds with good biocompatibility can be constructed with personalized and accurate 3D biprint technology to replace or repair the diseased tissues and / or organs in human body. It has a wide application prospect in tissue engineering research. As the substrate of 3D printing technology, such as metal, bioceramics, polymer materials and cellular biomaterials, researchers also pay attention to and research. Scaffolds made of metal and bioceramics have been widely used in orthopaedics because of their high strength and corrosion resistance, while polymer materials are widely used in cartilage and orthopedic surgery because of their good biocompatibility and plasticity with cells / tissues. The cardiovascular system and other tissues / organs are widely studied. It is believed that in the near future, the tissue and organs based on the above materials and 3D biologic printing technology will be applied and popularized in clinic. This paper reviews the application of biomaterials and printing technology in tissue engineering scaffold construction and tissue regeneration.
