食管黏膜組織在軸向延伸下的摩擦特性研究

【摘要】:對(duì)食管黏膜組織沿軸向分別以不同的延伸率進(jìn)行延伸,再通過往復(fù)摩擦試驗(yàn)近似模擬內(nèi)鏡前端進(jìn)入食管的過程,研究了食管黏膜組織在不同軸向延伸率伸長下的摩擦性能變化.結(jié)果表明:從軸向無延伸到延伸率達(dá)到80%時(shí),內(nèi)鏡前端與食管黏膜組織間的摩擦運(yùn)行行為從食管黏膜組織只發(fā)生彈性變形的黏著狀態(tài)變化到黏著和滑移的混合狀態(tài),摩擦阻力和能耗增大,摩擦系數(shù)增加.食管黏膜組織的摩擦學(xué)性能與其表面結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能密切相關(guān).在沿軸向延伸率逐漸增加的延伸狀態(tài)下,食管黏膜表面的皺褶被拉平,維持黏液潤滑的特性變差;隨著食管黏膜組織軸向延伸率的增加,黏膜組織的彈性模量增加,抵抗摩擦變形的能力增強(qiáng),摩擦阻力增大.研究結(jié)果為臨床胃鏡診療的安全操作提供了理論依據(jù).
[Abstract]:The esophageal mucosal tissues were extended with different elongation along the axial direction, and the tribological properties of esophageal mucosal tissues under different axial elongation were studied by the reciprocating friction test to simulate the process of the anterior end of the esophagus entering into the esophagus. The results showed that the frictional behavior between the anterior end of the endoscope and the esophageal mucosal tissue changed from the adhesive state of elastic deformation to the mixed state of adhesion and slippage when the elongation reached 80%. Friction resistance and energy consumption increase and friction coefficient increases. The tribological properties of esophageal mucosa are closely related to its surface structure and mechanical properties. Under the condition of increasing the axial elongation, the folds on the surface of the esophagus mucosa were flattened, and the characteristics of maintaining mucus lubrication became worse, and with the increase of the axial elongation of the esophageal mucosa, the elastic modulus of the mucosal tissue increased, and the elastic modulus of the esophageal mucous membrane increased with the increase of the axial elongation of the esophageal mucosal tissue. The ability of resisting friction deformation is enhanced and friction resistance is increased. The results provide a theoretical basis for the safe operation of clinical gastroscopy.
