BPA接枝聚乙二醇化殼聚糖的合成與表征

【摘要】:硼中子俘獲療法(Boron Neutron Capture Therapy,BNCT)是當(dāng)前治療腦膠質(zhì)瘤等惡性腫瘤的唯一有效方法,而對(duì)惡性腫瘤有高特異性的含硼藥物的制備是硼中子捕獲治療研究中的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)。用已知BNCT藥物BPA接枝mPEG-殼聚糖,進(jìn)一步提高BPA的水溶性及腫瘤對(duì)硼藥物的攝取率,以期達(dá)到BNCT藥物的要求。目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物通過(guò)紅外,核磁表征表明聚乙二醇和BPA都成功的鏈接到殼聚糖上,所制得的產(chǎn)物有望成為潛在的BNCT藥物。
[Abstract]:Boron neutron capture therapy (Boron Neutron capture therapy) is the only effective method for the treatment of malignant tumors such as brain gliomas. The preparation of boron containing drugs with high specificity for malignant tumors is one of the key points in the study of boron neutron capture therapy. The known BNCT drug BPA was grafted onto mPEG- chitosan to further improve the water solubility of BPA and the uptake rate of boron drugs by tumor in order to meet the requirements of BNCT drugs. The target product was linked to chitosan successfully by IR and NMR analysis, and the product was expected to be a potential BNCT drug.
