【摘要】：血管支架的支撐性能及回彈性能是支架在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計過程中需要考慮的重要指標(biāo)。本文選取M型支架節(jié),通過有限元軟件模擬,探究M型支架節(jié)的高度變化及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計波高比(h/H)對支架支撐性能及回彈性能的影響。結(jié)果顯示:相同h/H比值的M型結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,支架高度H值越小,支架支撐力越大;固定高度H值不變,隨著h/H比值增大,支架的支撐力減小,且在同一位移載荷下,減小程度隨h/H比值增大更顯著;當(dāng)h/H=1時,M型支架轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閆型支架,此時支架的支撐力最小;不同h/H比值設(shè)計的M結(jié)構(gòu),在不同的位移載荷作用下支架的回彈率區(qū)別較大;以h/H=1/2為基準(zhǔn),h/H1/2的支架結(jié)構(gòu)較h/H1/2的支架結(jié)構(gòu)回彈率明顯高;在不同的位移載荷作用下,Z型支架較M型支架支撐性能較弱但回彈率穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:The support performance and springback performance of vascular stent are important indexes to be considered in the process of structural design. In this paper, M-type bracket is selected and simulated by finite element software to explore the influence of height change of M-shaped bracket and the effect of wave height ratio (H / H) on the support performance and springback performance of the bracket. The results show that the lower the support height H is, the greater the support force is in the design of M-type structure with the same H / H ratio, the fixed height H value is constant, and the supporting force decreases with the increase of H / H ratio, and under the same displacement load, the support force decreases with the increase of H / H ratio. When H / H = 1, the support force of the support is the smallest, and the springback rate of the M structure with different H / H ratio is different under different displacement loads. On the basis of h / H / 1 / 2, the support structure of H / H / H 1 / 2 is more resilient than that of H / H 1 / 2, and the support performance of Z type bracket is weaker than that of M type bracket under different displacement loads, but the springback rate is stable.
