【摘要】:近年來,隨著全球環(huán)境壓力和經(jīng)濟壓力的加重,對可降解塑料的品種、性能也提出了新的要求。聚乳酸因具有良好生物相容性、生物降解性、生物可吸收性以及優(yōu)良的力學性能,在農業(yè)、食品包裝、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生等領域得到了廣泛應用,但因其玻璃化轉變溫度較高,性脆,柔韌性差,需通過改性以提高其加工和應用性能,這就為聚乳酸降解塑料的發(fā)展提供了動力。 本文以乳酸、C36二聚脂肪酸、乙二醇為主要原料,合成了DFA-EG不飽和聚酯、PLA和PLA-(DFA-EG)m型三元共聚物,研究了反應時間、反應溫度、催化劑用量及反應時間對它們的影響,研究結果如下: 采用直接熔融縮聚法,,以不飽和二聚脂肪酸和乙二醇為原料,在乙二醇和不飽和二聚脂肪酸物質比為1:2,氯化亞錫為催化劑,催化劑用量為0.7%(w/w),反應溫度為170℃,抽真空的條件下反應3h制備了反應程度較高的DFA-EG不飽和聚酯。 以乳酸為原料,采用直接熔融縮聚法,研究了催化劑用量、反應溫度、反應時間等條件對共聚物PLA酸值和反應程度的影響。結果表明,在以氯化亞錫為催化劑,催化劑用量為0.7%(w/w),反應溫度為170℃,反應時間為7h的條件下,即可得到反應程度高達95%左右的PLA。 采用直接熔融縮聚法,以聚乳酸和DFA-EG不飽和聚酯為原料,經(jīng)共聚制得PLA-(DFA-EG)m型三元共聚物。經(jīng)研究可知適宜的反應條件為:PLA和DFA-EG不飽和聚酯質量比為80/20,氯化亞錫為催化劑,催化劑用量為0.7%(w/w),反應溫度為170℃的條件下反應10h,在此條件下,得到了反應程度可達95%左右的PLA-(DFA-EG)m型三元共聚物。共聚物提純后,經(jīng)紅外光譜驗證了目標產(chǎn)物的存在。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the aggravation of global environmental and economic pressures, new requirements have been put forward for the variety and performance of degradable plastics. Polylactic acid (PLA) has been widely used in agriculture, food packaging, medical and sanitary fields because of its good biocompatibility, biodegradability, bioabsorbability and excellent mechanical properties, but it is brittle because of its high glass transition temperature. Because of its poor flexibility, it needs to be modified to improve its processing and application properties, which provides a driving force for the development of poly (lactic acid) degradable plastics. In this paper, DFA-EG unsaturated polyester PLA and PLA-DFA-EGM terpolymer were synthesized from C36 dimer fatty acid and ethylene glycol. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, amount of catalyst and reaction time on them were studied. The results are as follows: using direct melt Polycondensation method, using unsaturated dimer fatty acid and ethylene glycol as raw materials, the ratio of ethylene glycol to unsaturated dimer fatty acid is 1: 2, and stannous chloride is used as catalyst.
