相位對比磁共振序列中的擾相梯度優(yōu)化

【摘要】:針對擾相梯度在基于梯度回波(GRE)的二維相位對比磁共振成像(2DPC-MRI)序列中的作用進(jìn)行理論分析和實驗研究.使用基于流動質(zhì)子的二維相位對比磁共振成像仿真對擾相梯度的作用進(jìn)行分析;在流動模體和志愿者實驗中使用的擾相梯度為0π、2π、4π、6π、8π和10π,對成像結(jié)果進(jìn)行測量,得到對應(yīng)的流速.實驗結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)二維相位對比磁共振序列中的擾相梯度為0π和2π時,流動模體測量結(jié)果與設(shè)定值之間存在較大的誤差,志愿者實驗中擾相梯度為0π和2π的實驗組與其他實驗組的測量結(jié)果相比誤差明顯;當(dāng)二維相位對比磁共振序列中擾相梯度大于等于4π時,各實驗組之間的測量誤差小于5%.從保證成像質(zhì)量和減少成像時間兩方面考慮,相位對比磁共振序列中最優(yōu)的擾相梯度為4π.
[Abstract]:The effect of disturbing phase gradient on 2D phase contrast magnetic resonance imaging (2DPC-MRI) sequence based on gradient echo (GREE) is studied theoretically and experimentally. The effect of disturbing phase gradient is analyzed by using two-dimensional phase contrast magnetic resonance imaging simulation based on mobile proton, and the disturbing phase gradient used in flow mode and volunteer experiments is 0 蟺 ~ 2 蟺 ~ 2 蟺 ~ (4 蟺) ~ 4 蟺 ~ (4 蟺) ~ 6 蟺 ~ 6 蟺 ~ (8 蟺) and 10 蟺. The imaging results are measured and the corresponding flow velocity is obtained. The experimental results show that there is a large error between the measured results and the set values of the flow mode when the phase gradient in the two-dimensional phase contrast magnetic resonance sequence is 0 蟺 and 2 蟺. The experimental group with a phase gradient of 0 蟺 and 2 蟺 has a significant error compared with that of other experimental groups, and when the phase gradient is greater than or equal to 4 蟺 in the two dimensional phase contrast magnetic resonance sequence, the measurement error between the two groups is less than 5. In order to ensure the imaging quality and reduce the imaging time, the optimal phase gradient in phase contrast magnetic resonance sequence is 4 蟺.
