醫(yī)用運(yùn)動(dòng)平板校準(zhǔn)裝置標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號(hào)發(fā)生器的研制

【摘要】:醫(yī)用運(yùn)動(dòng)平板參數(shù)的準(zhǔn)確性直接關(guān)系到冠心病診斷的準(zhǔn)確性,但目前國(guó)內(nèi)尚無(wú)用于醫(yī)用運(yùn)動(dòng)平板心電分析系統(tǒng)溯源的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號(hào)發(fā)生器。為此,通過(guò)Matlab得到正弦波、方波和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)心率信號(hào)的波形數(shù)據(jù),并存入單片機(jī)的內(nèi)部Flash中,采用12位DAC和高頻晶振來(lái)保證輸出信號(hào)峰峰值和頻率調(diào)節(jié)的精度,將輸出信號(hào)經(jīng)過(guò)電壓跟隨器后通過(guò)衰減器進(jìn)行幅值的衰減以得到微弱信號(hào)。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號(hào)發(fā)生器輸出的3種微弱信號(hào)頻率的最大相對(duì)誤差分別為1.6×10-2%、4.3×10-3%、-3.3×10-3%,峰峰值的最大擴(kuò)展不確定度分別為0.38%、0.38%、0.54%,均達(dá)到設(shè)定的技術(shù)指標(biāo)要求,滿足醫(yī)用運(yùn)動(dòng)平板心電分析系統(tǒng)的溯源要求。
[Abstract]:The accuracy of the medical motion plate parameters is directly related to the accuracy of the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, but at present there is no standard signal generator used for tracing the source of medical electrocardiogram analysis system in China. To this end, the waveform numbers of sine wave, square wave and standard heart rate signal are obtained by Matlab, and the 12 bit D is used in the internal Flash of the single chip microcomputer. AC and high frequency crystal oscillator are used to ensure the accuracy of peak peak value and frequency regulation of the output signal. The output signal passes through the follower and attenuates the amplitude by the attenuator to get the weak signal. The experiment shows that the maximum phase pair error of the 3 weak signal frequencies of the standard signal generator is 1.6 x 10-2%, 4.3 x 10-3%, -3.3 x 10-3, respectively. The maximum expansion uncertainty of peak peak value is 0.38%, 0.38%, 0.54%, which all meet the requirements of the set technical indexes to meet the traceability requirements of the electrocardiogram analysis system for medical sports.
