【摘要】:近年來,隨著移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的不斷發(fā)展,人們對(duì)移動(dòng)醫(yī)療技術(shù)的研究逐步深入。iPhone作為一種智能手機(jī)備受人們的青睞。同時(shí),脈搏信號(hào)作為一種監(jiān)護(hù)人類心腦血管健康的重要生理病理特征逐漸受到人們的廣泛關(guān)注。因此,基于單片機(jī)和iPhone的脈搏監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)的研究成為當(dāng)今研究的熱點(diǎn)課題之一。目前市場(chǎng)上雖有很多檢測(cè)脈搏的設(shè)備,但大多存在便攜性和功能欠佳、無法實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)護(hù)和顯示脈搏波形以及傳輸脈搏數(shù)據(jù)等問題。因此,研制一款性能優(yōu)越、功能強(qiáng)大、經(jīng)濟(jì)適用的移動(dòng)醫(yī)療脈搏監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)顯得尤為重要。本文的主要工作就是研究設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一種基于單片機(jī)和iPhone的脈搏監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)。 本文對(duì)市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)有的一些脈搏監(jiān)護(hù)設(shè)備進(jìn)行了充分的調(diào)查與研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了本文所實(shí)現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思想。本系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的主要功能包括測(cè)量脈搏信號(hào)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸脈搏信號(hào)、設(shè)置多種通信端口、實(shí)現(xiàn)脈搏信號(hào)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)護(hù)、實(shí)時(shí)分析處理脈搏信號(hào)、設(shè)計(jì)iPhone應(yīng)用程序使用戶便捷的操作。 本系統(tǒng)將C8051F330單片機(jī)作為采集系統(tǒng)的下位機(jī)的主控芯片,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)脈搏信號(hào)的采集、調(diào)理、模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換以及串行發(fā)送等功能。選取了HLK-WIFI-M03的WIFI模塊產(chǎn)品作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸?shù)墓ぞ。并采用iPhone智能手機(jī)作為上位機(jī),設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了脈搏監(jiān)護(hù)客戶端的應(yīng)用程序。 通過實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證了本系統(tǒng)能夠精確有效的采集用戶的脈搏信號(hào),準(zhǔn)確實(shí)時(shí)的將采集到的脈搏信號(hào)顯示在客戶端界面上。并驗(yàn)證了本系統(tǒng)具有便攜性較大、成本較低、實(shí)時(shí)性較強(qiáng)、用戶界面舒適直觀、多種功能集于一體、濾波效果良好、醫(yī)生遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)護(hù)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of mobile network, the research on mobile medical technology has gradually deepened. The iPhone as a kind of smart phone is favored by people. At the same time, pulse signal, as an important physiological and pathological feature of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health, has been paid more and more attention. Therefore, the research of pulse monitoring system based on MCU and iPhone has become one of the hot topics. Although there are many devices to detect pulse in the market at present, there are many problems such as portability and poor function, which can not monitor and display pulse waveform and transmit pulse data in real time. Therefore, the development of a superior performance, powerful, economical and applicable mobile medical pulse monitoring system is particularly important. The main work of this paper is to design and implement a pulse monitoring system based on MCU and iPhone. In this paper, some existing pulse monitoring equipment in the market have been investigated and studied, and the design idea of the system has been put forward. The main functions of this system include measuring pulse signal, transmitting pulse signal on network, setting up various communication ports, realizing real-time monitoring of pulse signal, analyzing and processing pulse signal in real time, designing iPhone application program to make user operate conveniently. In this system, the C8051F330 microcontroller is used as the main control chip of the lower computer of the acquisition system to realize the functions of pulse signal acquisition, conditioning, analog-to-digital conversion and serial transmission. The WIFI module of HLK-WIFI-M03 is selected as the tool of network transmission. The application program of pulse monitoring client is designed and implemented by using iPhone smart phone as host computer. The experimental results show that the system can accurately and effectively collect the user's pulse signal and display the collected pulse signal on the client interface accurately and in real time. It is verified that the system has the advantages of high portability, low cost, high real-time performance, comfortable and intuitive user interface, various functions, good filtering effect and remote monitoring by doctors.
