【摘要】：隨著微納米技術(shù)的發(fā)展,微納米抗菌材料及其在醫(yī)療器械中的應(yīng)用已成為近年來(lái)的研究熱點(diǎn)。按抗菌有效成份及其作用機(jī)理的不同,對(duì)微納米抗菌材料進(jìn)行了分類(lèi);介紹了不同類(lèi)別微納米抗菌材料的制備方法和抗菌機(jī)理;根據(jù)微納米抗菌材料在醫(yī)療器械中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,重點(diǎn)介紹了銀基微納米材料在抗菌醫(yī)用導(dǎo)管、抗菌敷料、植入材料、牙科材料和外科器械等方面的應(yīng)用;分析了目前微納米抗菌材料與器械研究、應(yīng)用、檢測(cè)和市場(chǎng)推廣中存在的問(wèn)題,尤其關(guān)注了近幾年國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于含銀醫(yī)療器械生物安全性的爭(zhēng)議;展望了未來(lái)微納米抗菌材料與器械的研究發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of micro-and nano-technology, micro-nano-antibacterial materials and their applications in medical devices have become a research hotspot in recent years. According to the different effective components of antimicrobial agents and their mechanism of action, the micro- and nano-antibacterial materials are classified, the preparation methods and antibacterial mechanisms of different kinds of antimicrobial materials are introduced, and according to the application status of micro- and nano-antimicrobial materials in medical devices, The application of silver based micro- and nanomaterials in antimicrobial medical catheters, antibacterial dressings, implant materials, dental materials and surgical instruments were introduced, and the current research and application of micro- and nano-antimicrobial materials and instruments were analyzed. The problems in detection and marketing especially the controversy about biological safety of silver-containing medical devices at home and abroad in recent years and the future research and development of micro- and nano-antibacterial materials and devices are prospected.
