【摘要】：研制了一種專門用于治療腋臭的新型近距放療儀,即β粒子腋臭治療儀,又稱β粒子腋臭敷貼器。該治療儀由照射器、護(hù)持器、屏蔽罩、升降器、控制器和治療車組成,利用設(shè)置在照射器內(nèi)的90Sr/90 Yβ放射源對患者腋窩下的大汗腺實(shí)施全覆蓋敷貼治療,達(dá)到消除腋臭的目的。初步臨床試驗(yàn)表明,無論是直接進(jìn)行大汗腺照射,還是術(shù)后殘留大汗腺的輔助照射均取得了確切療效。該治療儀為腋臭患者提供了又一種非手術(shù)、無痛苦、無創(chuàng)傷的治療手段,且具有安全、有效、簡便和操作自動化等特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:A new type of brachytherapy instrument for the treatment of axillary odor was developed, that is, the 尾 -particle axillary osmidrosis therapy instrument, also known as the 尾 -particle axillary osmidrosis dresser. The instrument consists of an irradiator, a protector, a shield, a hoist, a controller and a therapeutic vehicle. The 90Sr/90 Y 尾 radioactive source installed in the irradiator is used to treat the hypersweat gland under the armpit of the patient with a full covering dressing therapy, so as to eliminate the smelly of the armpit. The preliminary clinical trial showed that both direct irradiation of sweat glands and auxiliary irradiation of residual sweat glands were effective. The instrument provides a non-operative, painless and non-invasive treatment for patients with axillary odor, and has the characteristics of safety, effectiveness, simplicity and automation of operation.
