【摘要】：背景:如何促進(jìn)損傷的周圍神經(jīng)再生尤其是大段神經(jīng)缺損是一個棘手的臨床難題,亟待解決。目的:回顧近些年瓦勒氏變性機(jī)制及神經(jīng)導(dǎo)管的發(fā)展。方法:檢索PubM ed數(shù)據(jù)庫,檢索詞為"peripheral nerve regeneration;Wallerian degeneration;nerve guidance conduits。根據(jù)納入排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn),選出有關(guān)瓦勒氏變性分子機(jī)制及神經(jīng)修復(fù)的文獻(xiàn)74篇進(jìn)行探討。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:研究發(fā)現(xiàn)大鼠SARM1和同源物果蠅d SARM在促進(jìn)瓦勒氏變性中起關(guān)鍵作用,推斷煙酰胺腺嘌呤單核苷酸/煙酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸比例的改變可能對SARM1的激活起一定的作用。對于延遲瓦勒氏變性到底是好是壞,目前還存在爭議。周圍神經(jīng)損傷后短時間內(nèi)抑制瓦勒氏變性并積極促進(jìn)再生達(dá)到周圍神經(jīng)損傷及時修復(fù)是未來努力的方向。
[Abstract]:Background: how to promote the regeneration of injured peripheral nerve, especially the large segment nerve defect, is a difficult clinical problem to be solved. Objective: to review the mechanism of Vall's degeneration and the development of nerve catheter in recent years. Methods: PubM ed database was searched with the key words "peripheral nerve regeneration and Wallerian degenerate nerve guidance conduits." According to the exclusion criteria, 74 articles about the molecular mechanism of Vall's degeneration and nerve repair were selected. Results and conclusion: it was found that rat SARM1 and Drosophila melanogaster d SARM play a key role in promoting Vall degeneration. It is inferred that the change of the ratio of nicotinamide adenine mononucleotides to nicotinamide adenine dinucleotides may play a role in the activation of SARM1. Whether the delay in Vall's denaturation is good or bad is still controversial. It is the direction of future efforts to inhibit Vall's degeneration and promote regeneration to timely repair of peripheral nerve injury in a short period of time after peripheral nerve injury.
