骨形態(tài)發(fā)生蛋白2載體材料在脊柱融合方面的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:背景:骨形態(tài)發(fā)生蛋白2在臨床中單獨(dú)應(yīng)用存在一些不良反應(yīng),因此迫切需要研制理想的載體材料,來減少骨形態(tài)發(fā)生蛋白2引起的不良反應(yīng)。目的:全面了解不同骨形態(tài)發(fā)生蛋白2載體材料的性能,綜述其在脊柱融合方面的研究進(jìn)展。方法:以"tissue engineering,Bone morphogenetic protein-2,spinal fusion,scaffold"或"組織工程,骨形態(tài)發(fā)生蛋白2、脊柱融合、支架"等作為檢索詞,由第一作者檢索Pub Med及萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫1995-07-01/2015-07-01有關(guān)脊柱融合中骨形態(tài)發(fā)生蛋白2支架方面的文獻(xiàn),排除重復(fù)性研究。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:骨形態(tài)發(fā)生蛋白2的載體材料主要包括4大類,天然生物材料、人工合成有機(jī)材料、人工合成無機(jī)材料及復(fù)合材料,每一類都有幾種代表性的支架材料,用于動(dòng)物脊柱融合中各有缺點(diǎn),比如天然生物材料普遍力學(xué)性能較差,人工合成有機(jī)材料有可能引起炎癥反應(yīng),人工合成無機(jī)材料機(jī)械強(qiáng)度較差,復(fù)合支架材料制作工藝較復(fù)雜等,因此骨形態(tài)發(fā)生蛋白2載體材料的選擇仍需進(jìn)一步的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。
[Abstract]:Background: there are some adverse reactions in clinical application of bone morphogenetic protein-2 alone, so it is urgent to develop an ideal carrier material to reduce the adverse reactions caused by bone morphogenetic protein-2. Objective: to investigate the properties of different bone morphogenetic protein 2 carriers and to review their advances in spinal fusion. Methods: "tissue engineering bone morphogenetic protein-2 spinal fusion scaffold" or "tissue engineering, bone morphogenetic protein 2, spinal fusion, scaffold" were used as key words. The literature on bone morphogenetic protein-2 scaffolds in spinal fusion was searched by Pub Med and Wanfang database 1995-07-01 / 2015-07-01, excluding repetitive studies. Results and conclusion: the carrier materials of bone morphogenetic protein-2 mainly include four categories, natural biomaterials, synthetic organic materials, synthetic inorganic materials and composite materials, each of which has several representative scaffold materials. For example, natural biomaterials generally have poor mechanical properties, synthetic organic materials may cause inflammatory reactions, and synthetic inorganic materials have poor mechanical strength. The fabrication process of composite scaffold is complex, so the selection of bone morphogenetic protein 2 carrier material needs further experimental study.
