醫(yī)療平臺專用車設(shè)計與研究

【摘要】:我國是一個幅員遼闊的國家,邊防哨所分布十分廣泛,大部分部隊營區(qū)地處偏遠地方。和平時期,為了保障官兵的身體健康,以及戰(zhàn)爭時期快速的救治傷病員,保障部隊戰(zhàn)斗力,所以需要大量的醫(yī)療平臺。此外,我國城鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)療水平有明顯的區(qū)域性差別。居住在農(nóng)村或偏遠地區(qū)的人們,醫(yī)療服務(wù)水平還十分低下,健康護理水平還遠遠達不到基本醫(yī)療水平。尤其是對于自然災(zāi)害頻發(fā)的邊遠地區(qū),更需要及時地獲得水平較高的醫(yī)療服務(wù)。但是最好的醫(yī)療基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施(包括醫(yī)院、醫(yī)療專家、醫(yī)療研究機構(gòu)等)大部分都集中在城市。醫(yī)療資源分布不均衡導(dǎo)致我國整體的醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量并不高。目前,通過各種移動醫(yī)療平臺,使偏遠地區(qū)的人們也能享受到大城市一流醫(yī)學專家的會診和治病指導(dǎo)。 本文首先根據(jù)醫(yī)療平臺專用車的改裝要求,提出平臺設(shè)計的總體設(shè)計方案,利用SolidWorks軟件對平臺做出整體設(shè)計。對設(shè)計過程中的所有技術(shù)難點均提出了解決方案,使醫(yī)療平臺專用車整體系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運行。 其次,通過利用CATIA中的有限元模塊,對醫(yī)療平臺專用車關(guān)鍵零部件進行了結(jié)構(gòu)強度分析。同時,還利用CATIA軟件的CAE模塊,對醫(yī)療平臺專用車相關(guān)零部件實行輕量化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,為整車的輕量化提供解決方案。并對醫(yī)療平臺專用車中的精密零部件進行選型,使整體機械系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)安全可靠要求。 最后,針對醫(yī)療平臺專用車機械系統(tǒng)的要求,提出相應(yīng)的醫(yī)療平臺專用車液壓系統(tǒng)的配置方案,,并做出了具體的設(shè)計。根據(jù)醫(yī)療平臺專用車液壓系統(tǒng)的方案,對液壓系統(tǒng)中的液壓缸進行設(shè)計、對液壓馬達選型。對醫(yī)療平臺專用車液壓系統(tǒng)其它零部件型號做出選擇,以滿足液壓系統(tǒng)安全可靠、操作簡便、易于維護、使用壽命長、同步精度高的要求。
[Abstract]:China is a vast country, border posts are widely distributed, most of the military barracks are located in remote areas. In peacetime, a large number of medical platforms are needed to ensure the health of the officers and men, the rapid treatment of the wounded and sick during the war and the combat effectiveness of the troops. In addition, China's urban and rural medical level has obvious regional differences. People living in rural or remote areas, the level of medical care is still very low, the level of health care is still far from the basic level of medical care. Especially in remote areas where natural disasters occur frequently, it is necessary to obtain high level medical services in time. But most of the best medical infrastructure (including hospitals, medical experts, medical research institutions, etc.) is concentrated in cities. The unbalanced distribution of medical resources leads to the low quality of medical service in our country as a whole. At present, through various mobile medical platforms, people in remote areas can also enjoy the consultation and treatment of leading medical experts in large cities. Firstly, according to the refit requirement of medical platform special vehicle, the overall design scheme of the platform is put forward, and the overall design of the platform is made by using SolidWorks software. The solution of all the technical difficulties in the design process is put forward to make the whole system of the medical platform run stably. Secondly, by using the finite element module of CATIA, the structural strength of the key parts of the medical platform is analyzed. At the same time, the CAE module of CATIA software is used to carry out lightweight structural design for the components related to the medical platform special purpose vehicle, which provides a solution for the whole vehicle lightweight. The precision parts of medical platform special vehicle are selected to make the whole mechanical system secure and reliable. Finally, according to the requirements of the medical platform special vehicle mechanical system, the configuration scheme of the medical platform special vehicle hydraulic system is put forward, and the specific design is made. According to the hydraulic system scheme of medical platform, the hydraulic cylinder in the hydraulic system is designed and the hydraulic motor is selected. In order to meet the requirements of safe and reliable hydraulic system, simple operation, easy maintenance, long service life and high synchronization precision, other parts and components of the hydraulic system of special purpose vehicle of medical platform are selected in order to meet the requirements of safety and reliability of hydraulic system.
