人羊膜應(yīng)用的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:近百年的應(yīng)用研究歷史證實(shí)人羊膜內(nèi)包含多達(dá)幾十種生物活性物質(zhì),具有抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、抑制新生血管形成及促進(jìn)細(xì)胞凋亡等作用,在治療燒傷、創(chuàng)傷、眼部損傷、皮膚病等疾病方面取得了顯著療效。近年來(lái)羊膜及羊膜細(xì)胞在組織工程皮膚、血管構(gòu)建、生物支架材料及生物緩釋材料等方面的研究取得了長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步。羊膜及羊膜細(xì)胞在生物醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域也展露出優(yōu)勢(shì)和魅力,具有一定的科學(xué)研究?jī)r(jià)值和廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The history of applied research in human amniotic membrane has proved that human amniotic membrane contains dozens of bioactive substances, including anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-virus, inhibiting angiogenesis and promoting apoptosis, in the treatment of burn, trauma, eye injury, etc. Skin diseases and other diseases have achieved significant results. In recent years, great progress has been made in the research of amniotic membrane and amniotic membrane cells in tissue engineering skin, vascular construction, biological scaffold materials and biological slow-release materials. Amniotic membrane and amniotic cell also exhibit advantages and charm in the field of biomedicine, which has certain scientific research value and broad application prospect.
