多孔CoTi生物材料的制備及性能

【摘要】:以NH_4HCO_3為造孔劑,采用粉末冶金燒結(jié)法制備低彈性模量、高孔隙度、孔隙尺寸適中和生物相容性良好的多孔CoTi合金。借助X射線衍射儀、金相顯微鏡、掃描電鏡和力學(xué)實驗機等對多孔CoTi合金的物相組成、孔隙特征和力學(xué)性能進行檢測與分析。通過掃描電鏡觀測MG-63細(xì)胞的黏附情況及動物體內(nèi)植入實驗,采用Alamar blue法測定細(xì)胞增殖率。結(jié)果表明,多孔CoTi合金的孔隙特征受造孔劑特性和燒結(jié)溫度的影響,細(xì)胞正常黏附并增殖。其中燒結(jié)溫度為1 000℃,添加21%的NH_4HCO_3造孔劑,可制備出性能優(yōu)異的多孔CoTi合金,該合金孔隙度為53.97%,平均孔隙尺寸為122μm,抗壓強度44.8 MPa,彈性模量為2.16 GPa,這些孔隙特征和力學(xué)性能與人體松質(zhì)骨相匹配,在培養(yǎng)6 h后MG-63細(xì)胞黏附形態(tài)完整,7d后增殖近一倍,植入動物體內(nèi)12周后,材料與組織嵌合緊密,具有作為骨科替代材料的潛能。
[Abstract]:Porous CoTi alloys with low elastic modulus, high porosity, moderate pore size and good biocompatibility were prepared by powder metallurgy sintering with NH_4HCO_3 as the pore-forming agent. The phase composition, pore characteristics and mechanical properties of porous CoTi alloy were examined and analyzed by means of X-ray diffractometer, metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and mechanical tester. The adhesion of MG-63 cells and the implantation experiment in vivo were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The cell proliferation rate was measured by Alamar blue method. The results showed that the pore characteristics of porous CoTi alloy were influenced by the pore forming agent and sintering temperature, and the cells were adhered and proliferated normally.
