【摘要】：正以往手術(shù)室使用后的手術(shù)器械,對(duì)大包和中包分別用2把長(zhǎng)和短的海綿鉗將鉗子和剪刀兩端手柄分別連串,用兩個(gè)短鑷子的一邊分別從打開的海綿鉗咬合面串入圓孔,再把海綿鉗鎖扣,對(duì)小包用2把組織鉗連串鎖扣,放入器械籃框,送入消毒供應(yīng)中心去污區(qū)與清點(diǎn)人員共同核數(shù)后,由清點(diǎn)人員分別把連串器械的海綿鉗和鑷子或組織鉗換成2個(gè)U型卡(如圖1),把器械充分打開,咬合面向上豎放于籃框內(nèi)進(jìn)行機(jī)械清洗消毒,入檢查包裝區(qū)進(jìn)行清洗質(zhì)
[Abstract]:After the operation instruments were used in the operating room in the past, two long and short spongy forceps were used to connect the pliers and the handle of the two ends of the scissors with two long and short spongy forceps respectively, and the two sides of the two short tweezers were respectively strung into the round holes from the open sponge forceps on the side of the two short tweezers. Then lock the sponge forceps, lock the small bags with 2 tissue pliers in a series, place them in the device basket, and put them into the decontamination area of the disinfection supply center and count the number together with the counting personnel. Replace the spongy forceps and tweezers or tissue forceps of the series of instruments with 2 U-shaped cards (figure 1) by the enumerators, fully open the instruments, bite the instruments and place them in the basket frame for mechanical cleaning and disinfection, and enter the inspection packaging area for cleaning.
