選擇性激光燒結(jié)工藝制備的鈷鉻合金的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)

【摘要】:對比選擇性激光燒結(jié)工藝(SLM)和鑄造工藝(cast)制備的Co-Cr合金的內(nèi)部微觀結(jié)構(gòu),分析產(chǎn)生不同微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的原因,并分析不同微觀結(jié)構(gòu)對Co-Cr合金性能可能造成的影響。選取組成接近的Co-Cr合金金屬粉末和金屬塊,分別通過SLM工藝和cast工藝制作Co-Cr合金試樣。利用場發(fā)射掃描電鏡(SEM)觀察樣品內(nèi)部的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)并采用X射線能譜(EDX)分析樣品特征區(qū)域的化學成分。SLM工藝制備的樣品的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)均勻,沒有出現(xiàn)分相區(qū),而離心cast工藝和真空cast工藝制備的樣品內(nèi)部均出現(xiàn)富含Mo元素的分相區(qū)。SLM工藝和cast工藝制備的樣品的孔洞均較少。對于Co-Cr合金而言,SLM工藝的加工質(zhì)量優(yōu)于cast工藝。
[Abstract]:The internal microstructure of Co-Cr alloy prepared by selective laser sintering (SLM) and casting was compared, the causes of different microstructure were analyzed, and the possible effects of different microstructure on the properties of Co-Cr alloy were analyzed. The metal powder and metal block of Co-Cr alloy with close composition were selected and Co-Cr alloy samples were prepared by SLM process and cast process respectively. The microstructure of the sample was observed by means of field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the chemical composition of the characteristic region of the sample was analyzed by X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDX). The internal structure of the sample prepared by the SLM process was uniform and there was no phase separation region. However, the samples prepared by centrifugal cast process and vacuum cast process have fewer pores in the Mo rich phase zone. SLM process and cast process. The processing quality of Co-Cr alloy is better than that of cast process.
