銀納米顆粒及載銀抗菌涂層的研究與進展

【摘要】:背景:目前大量研究證明銀納米顆粒具有良好的抗菌性能,現(xiàn)已得到廣泛應用。目的:從銀納米顆粒的抗菌機制、生物安全性及銀納米抗菌涂層進展等幾個方面進行闡述,歸納國內(nèi)外載銀抗菌涂層的研究和發(fā)展方向。方法:由第一作者檢索1976年1月至2015年1月Web of Science數(shù)據(jù)庫、Pubmed數(shù)據(jù)庫、中國科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(中國知網(wǎng))中的相關(guān)文獻,檢索關(guān)鍵詞為"silver nanoparticles,titanium alloy,implant,antibacterial properties;biosecurity,coating;銀納米顆粒,鈦合金,內(nèi)植物,抗菌性,生物安全性,涂層"。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:銀納米顆粒以其量子及小尺寸粒子效應,具備極大的比表面積,可很好地與病原微生物密切接觸,發(fā)揮生物效應,具有優(yōu)良的抗細菌、真菌、病毒及癌細胞等優(yōu)點。但其諸多生物效應機制尚不明確,并且銀納米顆粒材料在體內(nèi)的緩釋作用時間、如何控制銀離子的緩釋仍未解決,長期動物實驗也比較少。如何確保銀納米顆粒的長期應用對人體無不良反應,減少其毒性,仍需大量的實驗室和臨床研究。
[Abstract]:Background: at present, a large number of studies have proved that silver nanoparticles have good antibacterial properties and have been widely used. Aim: to introduce the antibacterial mechanism of silver nanoparticles, biological safety and progress of silver nano-antibacterial coatings, and summarize the research and development trend of silver loaded antibacterial coatings at home and abroad. Methods: from January 1976 to January 2015, the Web of Science database was searched by the first author, and the relevant documents in the database of China Journal of Science and Technology (China Journal of Science and Technology) were searched. The key words were "silver nanoparticlestin titanium alloy simple property biocurity coating. silver nanoparticles, titanium alloy, endophyte, endophyte", and the key words were: "silver nanoparticler titanium alloy, endophyte", "silver nanoparticles, titanium alloy, endophyte, endophyte". Antibacterial, Biosafety, coating. Results & conclusion: silver nanoparticles have great specific surface area due to their quantum and small particle effects, which can be used for close contact with pathogenic microbes and play a biological effect. Silver nanoparticles have excellent antibacterial and fungal properties. Viruses and cancer cells, etc. However, the mechanisms of its biological effects are not clear, and the slow release time of silver nanoparticles in vivo, how to control the slow release of silver ions is still unsolved, and the long-term animal experiments are relatively few. How to ensure the long-term application of silver nanoparticles has no adverse reaction to human body and reduce its toxicity still needs a lot of laboratory and clinical research.
