曲線擬合下間斷血管連接方法

【摘要】:為了更好地分析血管網(wǎng)絡的拓撲結構,彌補分割算法產(chǎn)生的間斷現(xiàn)象,連接間斷血管段并保持血管結構的完整性,提出一種投影曲線擬合的方法.該方法在三維血管中心線基礎上,采用投影降維方式將空間曲線投影至XY平面及XZ平面;然后在平面上采取曲線擬合的方法將間斷曲線進行擬合,通過誤差平方和及確定系數(shù)來判別擬合效果;最后將擬合的結果反投影至三維空間,得到空間曲線的最終擬合效果,實現(xiàn)間斷血管段的連接;同時,通過比較不同擬合算法的連接效果得出保留關鍵數(shù)據(jù)點的原則,并提出針對不同血管曲線數(shù)據(jù)集擬合算法的選擇策略.實驗結果表明,相對于現(xiàn)有連接算法,文中方法計算簡單方便,擬合效果好.
[Abstract]:In order to better analyze the topological structure of the vascular network, make up for the discontinuity caused by the segmentation algorithm, connect the discontinuous vessel segment and maintain the integrity of the vascular structure, a projection curve fitting method is proposed. On the basis of the three-dimensional vascular center line, the space curve is projected to the XY plane and the XZ plane by the projection reduction method. Then the curve fitting method is adopted on the plane to fit the discontinuous curve, and the fitting effect is judged by the square sum of error and the coefficient of determination. Finally, the fitting results are back projected to the three-dimensional space, and the final fitting effect of the spatial curve is obtained, and the connection of discontinuous vascular segments is realized. At the same time, the connection efficiency of different fitting algorithms is compared. The principle of keeping key data points is obtained, and the selection strategy for the fitting method of different blood vessel curve data sets is proposed. The experimental results show that the method is simple and convenient, and the fitting effect is good compared with the existing connection algorithm.
