交聯(lián)透明質(zhì)酸鈉支架材料制備工藝優(yōu)化及其體外抗酶降解性研究

【摘要】:以透明質(zhì)酸鈉濃度、交聯(lián)劑投入量、反應(yīng)溫度、溶脹時間作為考察因素,抗酶系數(shù)作為評價指標,采用L9(34)正交設(shè)計表優(yōu)化交聯(lián)透明質(zhì)酸鈉支架材料制備工藝參數(shù)并建立支架的體外抗酶降解性測定方法。正交試驗結(jié)果經(jīng)直觀和方差分析顯示,透明質(zhì)酸鈉濃度、交聯(lián)劑投入量具有顯著性影響,在透明質(zhì)酸鈉濃度為5%,交聯(lián)劑投入量為5%,反應(yīng)溫度40℃和溶脹時間4h的條件下,可以制得體外抗酶降解性較強的交聯(lián)透明質(zhì)酸鈉支架材料,其可作為一種細胞支架用于軟骨組織工程研究。
[Abstract]:The concentration of sodium hyaluronate, the amount of cross-linking agent, reaction temperature and swelling time were used as the test factors, and the enzyme resistance coefficient was used as the evaluation index.The preparation process parameters of cross-linked sodium hyaluronate scaffolds were optimized by L9 / 34) orthogonal design table and the in vitro anti-enzymatic degradation test method was established.The results of orthogonal test showed that the concentration of sodium hyaluronate and the amount of cross-linking agent had significant effects on the concentration of sodium hyaluronate and the amount of cross-linking agent.
