EGCG和EGCG-3Me對(duì)根管牙本質(zhì)粘接界面穩(wěn)定性的作用

【摘要】:將質(zhì)量濃度為400μg/mL的EGCG及EGCG-3Me添加到全酸蝕粘接劑Single Bond 2(SB2)中,制備改性粘接劑E-SB2及E3-SB2,SB2為對(duì)照組。激光共聚焦顯微鏡和分光光度法檢測(cè)改性粘接劑抗糞腸球菌的性能;微拉曼光譜儀檢測(cè)粘接劑雙鍵轉(zhuǎn)化率;制備纖維樁粘接試件,用于即刻和老化后的微推出實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,改性粘接劑可以抑制糞腸球菌生物膜形成,且EGCG-3Me作用更顯著;改性粘接劑與SB2的雙鍵轉(zhuǎn)化率和即刻微推出粘接強(qiáng)度差異無(wú)顯著性(P0.05);老化后改性粘接劑的微推出粘接強(qiáng)度顯著高于SB2(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:The modified adhesives E-SB2 and E3-SB2 were prepared by adding EGCG and EGCG-3Me with the mass concentration of 400 渭 g/mL to the whole acid adhesive Single Bond 2n SB2.The properties of modified adhesive against Enterococcus faecalis were examined by laser confocal microscope and spectrophotometry. The conversion rate of binder double bond was detected by micro-Raman spectrometer.The results showed that the modified adhesive could inhibit the biofilm formation of Enterococcus faecalis and the effect of EGCG-3Me was more significant.There was no significant difference between the double bond conversion rate and the immediate microejection bonding strength between the modified adhesive and SB2, but the microejection strength of the modified adhesive after aging was significantly higher than that of SB2P0.05.
