【摘要】:目的總結(jié)近年來各式3-D打印多孔支架在骨組織工程中的研究現(xiàn)狀及進(jìn)展。方法查閱近年來國內(nèi)外3-D打印多孔支架的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)。結(jié)果與傳統(tǒng)加工制造技術(shù)相比,3-D打印技術(shù)制作的多孔支架有更明顯優(yōu)勢,如增強(qiáng)結(jié)構(gòu)可控性、提高生產(chǎn)效率等。除了傳統(tǒng)的金屬、陶瓷等支架材料,攜帶細(xì)胞和組織打印的3-D支架以及含藥物的支架打印正受到越來越多的關(guān)注。結(jié)論 3-D打印多孔支架給骨修復(fù)治療帶來了新希望,但尚處于初始階段,仍需進(jìn)行大量的基礎(chǔ)及臨床研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the research status and progress of 3-D printing porous scaffolds in bone tissue engineering in recent years.Methods to review the literature of 3-D printing porous scaffolds in recent years and analyze and summarize them.Results compared with the traditional manufacturing technology, the porous scaffold made by 3-D printing has more obvious advantages, such as enhancing the controllability of the structure and improving the production efficiency.In addition to traditional metal, ceramic and other scaffolds, 3-D scaffolds with cell and tissue printing and drug-containing stents are receiving increasing attention.Conclusion 3-D printed porous scaffold offers new hope for bone repair, but it is still in the initial stage and needs a lot of basic and clinical research.
