測試新鮮豬股骨干鉆削進給力

【摘要】:目的采集新鮮豬股骨干不同骨質(zhì)層和骨段的鉆削進給力數(shù)據(jù),為骨科虛擬現(xiàn)實手術(shù)系統(tǒng)鉆削力反饋信號的輸出提供依據(jù)。方法改裝萬能材料試驗機和手持可調(diào)速電鉆(鐖5.0 mm鉆頭),構(gòu)建生物骨骼鉆削性能參數(shù)采集系統(tǒng),分別以轉(zhuǎn)速n=500,800,1 200 r/min和進給速度v=30,50,70 mm/min采集6具新鮮成熟豬股骨干162個標記點的鉆削進給力f,分析其與相應組織和部位的關(guān)系。結(jié)果新鮮豬股骨干同一標記點雙側(cè)骨皮質(zhì)處進給力最大(fmax=103.63~142.59 N),髓腔處最小(接近于0),股骨干中段進給力(f4,5,6=124.69N)較兩端(f1,2,3,7,8,9=121.84 N)大;當v=30 mm/min、n=1 200 r/min時,鉆削進給力最小(fmin=106.04 N);當v=70 mm/min、n=500 r/min時,鉆削進給力最大(fmax=139.84 N)。結(jié)論改裝的生物骨骼切削性能參數(shù)采集系統(tǒng)能有效采集生物骨骼的鉆削進給力數(shù)據(jù);骨骼鉆削進給力與骨質(zhì)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、電鉆轉(zhuǎn)速及進給速度有密切關(guān)系,其中骨質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)越密、電鉆轉(zhuǎn)速越小、進給速度越大,骨骼鉆削進給力越大,反之越小。實驗所獲得新鮮豬股骨干鉆削進給力數(shù)據(jù)及其變化趨勢,可為虛擬骨科手術(shù)系統(tǒng)力反饋輸出信號設(shè)置提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to collect the feeding force data of different bone layers and segments of the femoral shaft of fresh pigs, and to provide the basis for the output of drilling force feedback signal in orthopedic virtual reality surgery system.Methods the universal material testing machine and the hand-held adjustable speed electric drill (5.0mm drill bit) were modified to construct the collection system of biological skeleton drilling performance parameters.The feeding force f of 162 mark points of femur trunk of 6 fresh mature pigs were collected at the speed of 1 200 r/min at the speed of NM500800 r/min and the feed speed of 50 ~ 70 mm/min respectively, and the relationship between the feeding force and the corresponding tissues and parts was analyzed.Results the maximum feed force at the bilateral bone cortex of fresh pig femur was 103.63 ~ 142.59 Nu, and the lowest in the medullary cavity (near 0 ~ 0 ~ 0 ~ 0, F _ 4 ~ 5 ~ 5 ~ 6124.69 ~ N) was greater than that in the two ends of f _ (1) M ~ (2 +) ~ 3789121.84 N, and the minimum feed force was 106.04 Nu at 30 mm 路min ~ (-1) / min ~ 1 ~ 200 r/min, and 106.04 N ~ (-1) at a time of 30 mm 路min ~ (-1) 路min ~ (-1) ~ 1 ~ 200 r/min, respectively, when the midfemur feed force was 6124.69 N ~ (-1).The maximum feed force of drilling is 139.84 Nu.Conclusion the data of drilling feed force of biological bone can be effectively collected by the modified collection system of biomechanical cutting performance parameters, and there is a close relationship between the feeding force of bone drilling and the tissue structure of bone, electric drilling speed and feed speed, in which the more dense the bone structure, the more dense the bone structure is.The smaller the rotary speed of electric drill, the greater the feed speed, the greater the feed force of bone drilling, and the smaller the vice versa.The experimental data of feed force of fresh pig femoral shaft drilling and its changing trend can provide the basis for setting up the output signal of force feedback in virtual orthopedic surgery system.
