親水潤(rùn)滑涂料的制備及在醫(yī)用聚氨酯導(dǎo)管中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:采用含碳碳雙鍵的二苯甲酮類(lèi)光引發(fā)劑與乙烯基吡咯烷酮反應(yīng),合成具有光引發(fā)活性的二苯甲酮-乙烯基吡咯烷酮低聚物(ABP-PVP),用于制備親水潤(rùn)滑涂料,涂覆于醫(yī)用聚氨酯導(dǎo)管表面,經(jīng)紫外光固化后,進(jìn)行摩擦系數(shù)、接觸角、附著力等測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明,在5 N的壓力作用下,聚氨酯導(dǎo)管表面摩擦系數(shù)由改性前的1.00減小到0.07,與水的接觸角由改性前的86.3°降為18.7°,潤(rùn)滑性和親水性顯著提高,附著牢度達(dá)到100%,并具有良好的生物安全性。
[Abstract]:The photoinitiator containing carbon-carbon double bond benzophenone reacted with vinyl pyrrolidone to synthesize benzophenone-vinyl pyrrolidone oligomer (ABP-PVP) with photoinitiator, which was used to prepare hydrophilic lubricating coating.After UV curing, friction coefficient, contact angle and adhesion were measured.The results show that under the pressure of 5 N, the surface friction coefficient of polyurethane pipe decreases from 1.00 before modification to 0.07, and the contact angle with water decreases from 86.3 擄to 18.7 擄. The lubricity and hydrophilicity of polyurethane pipe are improved significantly.The fastness is 100 and has good biological safety.
