人眼眼底成像系統(tǒng)中自適應(yīng)光學(xué)像差校正控制模型研究

【摘要】:對(duì)于自適應(yīng)光學(xué)人眼眼底成像系統(tǒng),由于人眼波前像差具有動(dòng)態(tài)特性,為獲得清晰、高分辨率的眼底圖像,變形鏡必須能夠?qū)崟r(shí)跟蹤并補(bǔ)償人眼中隨時(shí)間變化的像差信息。本研究探討自適應(yīng)光學(xué)像差校正控制技術(shù),基于自動(dòng)控制理論建立自適應(yīng)光學(xué)連續(xù)系統(tǒng)模型,分析基于純積分、比例-積分和Smith預(yù)補(bǔ)償控制器下的控制系統(tǒng)模型及其控制性能。在自行構(gòu)建的成像系統(tǒng)自適應(yīng)光學(xué)平臺(tái)上,對(duì)10只受試人眼動(dòng)態(tài)像差樣本進(jìn)行像差校正實(shí)驗(yàn)。與校正前的像差((0.862±0.088)λ,λ為0.785μm)比較,純積分控制、PI控制和Smith預(yù)補(bǔ)償控制這3種方法的校正后像差((0.154±0.033)λ、(0.133±0.026)λ、(0.103±0.011)λ)均顯著降低(P0.05),表明各種控制器的像差校正系統(tǒng)均具備一定的像差校正能力。單因素方差分析的結(jié)果表明,Smith預(yù)補(bǔ)償控制的校正后像差顯著低于純積分控制和PI控制方法,表明Smith預(yù)補(bǔ)償控制器下校正后的像差具有最大的顯著差異,即具有最好的像差校正效果。Smith預(yù)補(bǔ)償控制模型可為實(shí)時(shí)校正人眼動(dòng)態(tài)像差進(jìn)而獲取人眼眼底圖像提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:For the adaptive optical eye fundus imaging system, because the wavefront aberration is dynamic, in order to obtain the clear and high resolution fundus image, the deformable mirror must be able to track and compensate the aberration information of the human eye with time in real time.In this paper, the adaptive optical aberration correction control technology is discussed. The adaptive optical continuous system model is established based on the automatic control theory. The control system model based on pure integral, proportional integral and Smith precompensation controller and its control performance are analyzed.An aberration correction experiment was carried out on 10 human eye dynamic aberration samples on the adaptive optical platform of the self-constructed imaging system.Compared with the pre-correction aberrations (0.862 鹵0.088) 位, 位 = 0.785 渭 m), the corrected aberrations of Pi control and Smith pre-compensation control are 0.154 鹵0.033 位 + 0.133 鹵0.026 位 + 0.103 鹵0.011 位), respectively. The results show that the aberration correction systems of all kinds of controllers have a certain aberration correction ability.The results of single factor variance analysis show that the corrected aberration of Smith precompensation control is significantly lower than that of pure integral control and Pi control, which indicates that the corrected aberration under Smith precompensation controller has the largest significant difference.Smith pre-compensation control model with the best aberration correction effect can provide theoretical basis for real-time correction of human eye dynamic aberration and the acquisition of human eye fundus image.
